Property Ratings at Raincross Senior Village
This apartment complex is very close to shopping centers and the freeway. It offers great apartment amenities
Even though it is a senior community I do enjoy seeing the families coming to see residents here. Everyone is very pleasant here at Raincross Senior Village.
This community is well maintained, quiet and clean. Perfectly located to have access to shopping, eateries, medical facilities, schools, entertainment, close to freeways and lots of sidewalks for walking. The management team are all a delight to interact with. All are very professional. The tenants of the community are warm and cordial. They keep an eye out for one another and it seems to be a safe place living here.
Raincross Senior Village is the most delightful community I have lived in. The staff is exceptional. The grounds are pristine. The residents are pleasant. The leasing process was smooth thanks to the assistant manager, Leticia. I strongly recommend leasing here if you have the opportunity. You will not regret it!
I love coming home to this place. It has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoy my cozy apartment with a beautiful view of different kinds of trees. My favorite is the tall pine trees and beautiful blue sky and sunsets. I have access to a nice clean pool area with jacuzzi. Also, a very nice Bbq area with spacious granite countertops. I’m just so happy to live here. The staff do an excellent job accommodating any needs you may have and they are a very kind and supportive staff. I appreciate you all!! Thank you
I love the peacefulness of this community! The interactions with other tenants and staff here is very nice! That isn’t always a given in some complexes. I feel relatively safe here even though it’s not a gated community. This community is perfectly convenient to access so many different things within minutes.
I have lived at other apartment complexes in the area and Raincross Senior Village is by far the best. I appreciate the management and maintenance team as always being professional and respectful of our needs.
I have not been here long, but I think management is knowledgeable and professional, and my neighbors have for the most part been welcoming.
Safe and affordable rental living amenities with all general necessities met.
The community here at Raincross Senior village is very quiet, and many nice friendly faces. However, the trash odors through the halls is becoming a problem. There needs to be something done to prevent the odor.
I am enjoying my residence here at Raincross Senior Village. It's a very peaceful community and the staff is phenomenal. My apartment is very spacious and it feels like home.
Raincross Senior Village is a well managed and maintained facility with prompt attention to residents concerns and maintenance issues. Staff is friendly, helpful , courteous and attentive.without being intrusive. Overall, I am very pleased with the amenities, staff and location of this facility.
Very friendly and knowledgeable maintenance staff.
Nice place to live kept clean and well kept. People who work in the office and maintenance are very helpful.
The apt is spacious, the office is friendly, the maintenance is done promptly. Overall the neighbors are very friendly.
Raincross Senior Village Apartment is a quiet, friendly place to live overall, I enjoy living here. There is just a few obstacles that need attention bur it is a wonderful place to live.
Raincross Senior Village is a nice a friendly place to live.I want to continue to live here. ( smile).
Raincross Senior Village is a quite, friendly, place to live and enjoy life. The village have great amenities for the residents to enjoy.
Raincross is a place you can call home. This Senior environment provides social freedom to enjoy life and not get evolved with others that always complaining about nonsense. We are Seniors let's enjoy the rest of the time God gives us and I believe Darleen and her staff provides that to us by having social events. I'm grateful, because with everything going on in this world, let's pray for each other and stop the bickering. Smile God loves you just as much as He loves me. Thank you Raincross for all you do and may God bless you all, Nadine Evans
Raincross has been my home for about 10 or 11 years now. I have no plans of ever moving again. This is my home and I love living here.
conditions here have steadily gone down hill. Many changes in staff; there is a dividing half door at staff office so residents cannot enter. WE are supposed to talk loudly in foyer where everyone can hear our personal business. No activities - vending machine broken, tile floor is filthy entering building.
Clean well kept inside and out. Apartment is spacious with lots of storage. The office and maintenance staff are very good.
I have been here 2 weeks. The building and grounds are well kept. My apartment has plenty of storage and the kitchen is large and spacious I love it. The high ceilings make the rooms look much larger than they are. (I don't feel squashed in).
The rent is too high for people that depend solely on Social Security as their source of income. We expected a reduction or a rebate of rent during the Covid 19 shutdown which never happened even though we suffered a loss of access to facilities.
I have been a resident here for almost 3yrs and have never had a problem with staff or maintenance. I feel very at home here.
We love our apartment. The complex is clean and quiet. Our neighbors are all friendly.
Raincross Senior Village is a friendly community of neighbors who care about one another. It is centrally located in Riverside with easy access to all that is needed for a happy life.
I love my apartment and I am glad I have a washer and dryer in my apartment don't have to use the commercial one
Love it here. Cant wait for Covid restrictions to be over so I can enjoy the amenities.
We have lived at Raincross for the last eights yeas. We recently moved into a two bedroom apartment at Raincross. Everything shopping, hospitals. eateries are conveniently located. My next move will be made by the coroner. I'm here to stay.
I love living here. Wish there were less rent increases, but I love the community, staff and grounds.
I am completely satisfied with this community, staff are friendly and courteous
Excellent senior active living apt very spacious and staff very helpful
We enjoy living here it is safe and friendly.
I'm hopeful that now with Ashley and Anna in the office certain beneficial changes will be made in the "recreation" room, which is bare and uninviting. I wanted to go to Victoria Gardens which has a very welcoming atmosphere. Because I cannot climb stairs (severe arthritis) I prefer to live here on the 3rd floor, which I can only do thanks to the elevators!d
Its was good
My husand and I have lived here for 6 years and haven't had any problems with any staff.
This retirement community is a safe, well maintained place to live. Having the freedom to have pets adds to the friendliness here.
We love living here. The activities provided by management are wonderful. Thanksgiving dinner they provided was wonderful. The luau was fun, food delicious. It's a great place.
Its safe and quiet
I love the location and the convenience of Metro living!
Friendly community - staff very responsive to requests
Better review of management needed.
I love everything about Raincross Senior Village. The community and the friendships we have here I love. But the yearly rental raises are so hard on a fixed income from Social Security!
Raincross Senior Village is beautiful and the grounds are kept up very well. The only complaint I have is that this is a senior building, but the rent here just keeps going up and up. Almost all seniors are on a fixed income. It is getting harder to do anything besides paying the rent.
This is a wonderful place to make new friends. There are so many activities and the management staff responds to any concerns right away.
It's quiet
Very quiet cathy in the office is amazing
Positive experience, have recommended to friends
Friendly, cooperative, staff. Feels like living in a hotel; quiet, relaxing, very comfortable.
