So far my residential experience has been outstanding. I love it here and everything is very private and luxurious. You have to have a key/code for everything which I love. I feel so safe over here and I just love this way of living.

Raintree’s grounds and buildings have matured over the years, but the staff does what they can to maintain its overall charm. Very awesome and clean. This is a quiet community. I've met lots of nice people so far. Gates are always working. Front office is always stocked with coffee and snacks

So far my experience here at raintree has been excellent The staff here are very nice friendly anytime I request to have things done or maintenance they always come quick I've hadn't had any problems with the neighbors or anything The only thing that I think I've had a problem with is walking through the grass anytime you try to walk through the grass there's dog poop I enjoy the pool the gym and the lockers it's safer to get my packages put in the locker then leave them at my doorstep so I guess that's why I renew my lease

The move in wasn’t great, got my keys around 4 walked into my apartment the cleaning lady was still Here asked when to come back she said she’d be done in an hour. Got back at six and she was still here. Floors were filthy baseboards were still dirty roach infested. I stayed up until 3 AM the first night here scrubbing my floors. Was nothing like the unit that I was walked through when showing. I was so disappointed. But I cleaned it and didn’t make too big of a fuss. Apartments Themselves are pretty quiet and if I could get my roach problem under control, I wouldn’t mind it so bad but no matter what I do there’s roaches and you can’t leave anything out for more than five minutes without a roach getting on it.

Nice quiet complex. Nice pools and great office staff. Easy commute around the metroplex. Nice area restaurants and good highways. Some neighbors are friendly.

Raintree made it easy to apply for an application to move-in. Management was very respectful, knowledgeable, and was able help answer all the questions I had in mind. When I moved in my favorite thing about Raintree was the Amenities that comes along with it. I love living at the property it is very quiet, I don't have to drive to work and shopping is very convenient. I always joke and say anything you need is on Garth Rd but really ... everything is on Garth Rd. It has been a wonderful experience so far.

Raintree Apartments is a good place to live. The maintence keep up with mowing the lawn and keeping the flowers look healthy. The office staff is friendly and professional. Due to the constructiion on Rollingbrook Drive, it is difficult to have access to the road. Hopefully, this construction will be completed soon! Marsha M.

The appeal of Raintree is in its proximity to a small town in the midst of its renaissance of new growth, and its access to beautiful parks and scenery despite its industrial feel. Bike trails can take you from your front door to the bay, through lush forests, along lakes and waterways, with only a couple of traffic stops. Subtropical seabirds and abundant wildlife give Raintrees park-like grounds a sense of Disney fantasy, with its playful squirrels and songbirds of all colors.

From the day I had interest about moving into Raintree Apartments, Christi (Manager), Samantha and Flora (Staff) has been right beside me. They are awesome I tell ya! Readjusting from the military and being from Georgia; they understood, placed me in these great apartments, and ensured to provide nothing but the best and timely Service. The maintenance team is spot on as well. The complex is gated, very clean, I feel safe, and it’s usually pretty quiet how I like it. My time here has been marvelous. I highly recommend!

I love how Christi worked with me when it came to my budget and floor plan concerns. I had just came from visiting another complex that was over priced and had poor floor plan layouts. I expressed this to Christi and she worked with me showing me different apartments and the price range that fit my budget. If you want to live in a decent looking apartment raintree has only that to offer, management is changed every 2-3 months, they tried to build a fence that was supposed to be fully functional in June, but kept the gates open until August for no apparent reason, maintenance cuts corners around fixing issues correctly and is also constantly changing personnel, parking is terrible
