This very quiet building is located near the school district bus yard and is right by a Grand Valley Transit bus stop. Your rent includes heat, hot water, sewer and trash: you just pay for the electric, which averages $40.00 per month. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on-site. The rent for is $1100.00 for the upstairs corner unit or $1200.00 for the ground floor remodeled unit, both with a six-month lease, but if you sign a one-year lease there is a discount of $25.00 per month. The deposit is typically the same as the monthly rent and each apartments comes with free additional storage. This property does not allow pets, no exceptions!
