Situated in eastern New Mexico, near the Texas border, Clovis is the proud home of Cannon Air Force Base. Clovis exudes a small-town atmosphere with a vibrant downtown and a close-knit community. Clovis’ downtown stretches along Main Street, with unique shops and restaurants dressed in Pueblo style architecture. The Norman and Vi Petty Rock and Roll Museum is also located in Downtown Clovis, showcasing Clovis’ early role in the history of rock and roll.
Clovis hosts an annual music festival to celebrate its rock-and-roll history, drawing the local community and visitors from around the world. High school football also brings the community together in Clovis. Fifteen city parks offer an array of outdoor recreational opportunities in Clovis in addition to the 3,200-acre Ned Houk Memorial Park. Clovis also has the second largest zoo in New Mexico, the Hillcrest Park Zoo.

We have noticed several discrepancies with the leasing office staff. They were unable to assist my family and I in answering simple leasing questions. They said they will call us back with the answers on four different occasions but we have never received any calls back. Additionally, they increase the rent significantly each year that you renew with them.
Management is super picky. They will complain and fine you for every little thing. Our side of the building there is no parking lot so we park in the dirt or mud depending on the weather. The dumpster is on the opposite side of the entire complex. There aren't any lights/fans in any bedrooms, you have to buy your own. However, they are nice and come with washer/dryers; only reason I rate it a 2 and not a 1.
