Raintree Apartments

This place is being ran by lazy and cheap people. They never fix anything the right way and if it's out of their budget, forget about it. We have asked repeatedly for this storm drain to be cleaned out due to my girlfriend car almost flooding every time it rains. Nothing has been done. The air ducts have never been cleaned and we both have severe allergies now because of it. They will raise your rent excessively but will NOT apply any of that money toward the maintenance of your apartment

The property is nice as the other review stated but the apartments are another story. Very run down. Outdated appliances, cabinets, flooring, etc. If they don’t update the amenities can you imagine what underneath it all looks like? Probably mold. 0/0 and will never recommend to anyone.

Big oak trees, the ambience around the swimming pool with the fountain, makes this apartment very pleasing to the eye. Apartments are very nice. The property manager Amber is very nice and courteous, very helpful as well. Maintenance guys are very nice and know what they are doing. Located across the street from the Wal-Mart marketplace, is a plus for last minute grocery or pharmacy. Not far from restaurants in the area. It takes a good property manager to keep a place running as good as Amber runs Raintree.
