Situated in west Texas along the Rio Grande, just north of the United States-Mexico border, El Paso embraces the past while building the future. Chamizal National Memorial, a museum and park, honors the peaceful settlement of the Chamizal boundary dispute while the University of Texas at El Paso fosters tomorrow’s leaders.
El Paso is known as the Sun City, boasting over 300 days of sunshine every year. There are plenty of venues to enjoy the frequent sunshine, including the El Paso Zoo, Franklin Mountains State Park, and nearby Wet n Wild Waterworld. The Rio Grande is a popular spot for whitewater rafting, canoeing, and fishing as well.
Should you want to head indoors, you have the option to catch a performance at the Plaza Theatre, indulge in authentic Mexican cuisine, admire the works in the El Paso Museum of Art, and tour the El Paso Museum of History in addition to the El Paso Holocaust Museum and Study Center.

Property Ratings at Raintree Village
Overpriced for small apartment. Staff don't really care. One or two guys from maintenance were nice. A lot of homeless people inside the garbage cans, or walking around the property. Everyone keeps to themselves. They really don't clean the pool. Found fast food in the water and a lot of plastic in. it once.
This is a nice and very well maintained property. The staff is always there and willing to help. I would definitely recommend living here!

Raintree Village Apts is very welcoming friendly environment! Staff very polite and is ready to answer all your questions and give you a complete tour of where your next home will be! Very clean, spacious apartments! Maintenance crew is on site at all times! Not only that but the best pricing in town so far!! I strongly recommend Raintree Village Apts to anyone in the market for new place to live!! Hands down!!!
Requested info regarding a one and two bedroom apt and availability of each. Info provides was timely and efficient. Grounds of the property is amazing
Staff is great and very helpful. The maintenance staff is very helpful and attentive. Military discounts and cleanliness is just a plus. Highly recommend!
This place is not recommendable i went in to ask about the military special and they didn’t even bother to greet when we walked in the office the people are extremely rude definitely not coming back. Maybe you guys should hire someone who’s nicer and is more professional looking at the reviews I know it’s not a one time thing it constantly happens !
Horrible management. I can never get a hold of the office. They never answer their phones and when I try to go in person they are always out. Especially on weekends and after 5 during the week. Manager is rude and unprofessional. Only decent thing about this place is the cheap price and maintenance.
Recently left the premises after new management came in. My husband and I had to leave for emergency purposes and the Manager had told us to just pay next months rent and to be out. A few days later when we went in to sign the paperwork they hit us with paying another months rent, after the fact we already had a verbal agreement with the manager. Asked to speak to the owners and we were told “they’re not morning people.” We couldn’t get in contact with the owner so I reported to the Better Business Bureau and contacted ft bliss about the incident. Needless to say, spend your hard working money somewhere else!

Mr. Martinez, thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We're deeply saddened by your negative experience in our community regarding your early lease termination. We can assure you that our team follows all policies that are agreed upon and stated in our leasing agreement. While we understand that you had to leave due to an emergency, there is still a legally binding contract that we have to adhere to. We're sorry to hear that you have chosen to move but wish you luck on your future housing endeavors. If there are any other concerns you may have, please feel free to give us a call to speak with our team members.
Be very careful with online paying process...they are slow in entering the appropriate amounts due...therefore if you pay on time and their system delays several of the charges (utilities)there will be a balance due...then they will require you to pay the difference and charge you another processing fee...and they will not wave the extra processing fee even though its their error...the office staff is not even empathetic or customer friendly!
Very poor management and customer service. Liz and manager are very rude to their residents. I Received $33.00 back from $300.00 deposit. Which could not be explained to me. This place is a huge rip off. I would not recommend any Military to rent from this property. No managerial skills at all. Very poor communication skills from office personal.

Lived there for a year. I wanted to leave by the 2nd month. My mom came in to visit. I took my mom and my 2 kids to the pool. The complex has "Volunteers" that watch your every move. My mom was kicked out of the pool area because I was only able to take 2 guests at a time. Not to mention my guests had to wear bracelets as if I'm paying for a water park. My mom had to watch her grand kids from out of the fence. I moved out on 5/31/17. I was told my deposit would get returned. Before I left I spent a good 3 to 4 hours cleaning. I made sure not one spot was missed. However in return I get a bill for $6.50 and my deposit kept. Reasons they cleaned the apartment. They replaced sheet rock by one of the windows because there were nails. Mind you I never hung one thing in that place other than my tv. No curtains nothing. Another cost was replacing the oil catcher from the stove that was never cleaned when I moved in. Never the less they kept my deposit and now I owe them money.
I decided to get my first apartment pregnant (studio) the ladies in the office are so awesome and will work with u if anything we're to happen. I don't understand why people are saying that they're rude, been here for more than 1 year and never experience the so called "rudeness" I think if u come in with attitude what do you think you're going to get ?? The maintenance men are awesome and come within the same day to fix whatever your issue is which is a refreshing touch to these apartments. I recently just moved from a studio to a 1 bedroom for a really good deal. The ladies were helpful along the way but delayed 2 days to move in which is totally okay. The maintenance helped me move. Beautiful view. People tend to forget the awesome amenities these apartments have. We have a basketball court , tennis court, volley ball, weight room, wall ball room, weight room, and a stunning swimming pool, plus a laundromat so I don't understand how Anyone can say it's overpriced? I enjoy all of these daily and my son does to! My new neighbors are so awesome. One thing I would say is that there is some creeps here for sure that'll make you feel a tad uncomfortable that's the downfall here. If You do move ask who your neighbors are. I highly recommend for you to sign a lease here , I promise you won't regret it, and enjoy all the things they have. I love it here and probably be here for a while .
They claim minuscule scratches and marks on the counter tops that were there when you moved in as damage so they can charge you fees to repair them when you move out. Place starts off cheap but the hidden things ramp up quickly.
Very poor in the customer service area. Choose somewhere else. They will not work with you when situations arise. My bank had returned a check to them erroneously. My bank refunded me their fees and issued me a certified check as a courtesy with a note on it that it was their fault on the very same day the other was processed wrong. I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn't let me and then charged me 30 NSF fee and over in 50 in late fees. I asked while i understood the NSF couldn't be waived why could they not waive the late fees they said they cannot waive their own fees. I figured since I had not missed any payments my entire time here that I could ask for this one time as the situation was beyond my control. Furthermore they expect you to pay over $2500 to break a lease for their apartments. These apartments are not worth the amount you pay for them in rent. They are extremely small compared to those of the same price in El Paso, the appliances are very old, outdated and can barely fit a 12" pizza in the oven. Energy costs are also high year round. Instead of getting these over priced apartments get a house or rent with someone else.
I am moving there for the apartments I currently live in, I do not feel safe and paying too much for a one bedroom apartment at 316 sq ft. I will be moving there by July 2016, the rent is good and I love the apartments they are roomy and I'll be on my own. The Raintree Apartments are over price and not everyone pays the same price. Some people pay more then others. Everyone pay for water, sewage, and trash, since January 2015. Safety is a big question. No friendly office staff and treat you unfairly. Takes about a week or two until repairs are done because the office staff "forgets' to give it to maintenance. Maintenance persons are great except for one, Rapha!
Nice affordable apartments. Scenery is beautiful, there is a lot of room for activities. The apartments are nice on the inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
My apartment is just amaizingly perfect, and there is nothing that i have to negatively say about it, maybe the water heater can be taken a look at because it sometimes goes out, but other than that my view is amazing, the pool and Jacuzzi are very clean, and the grass and trees are beautiful. As for management, I can not complain, everyone is kind and the environment and people around me makes the area family friendly,I would recommend these apartments to anyone and I am very happy living here. Oh and not to forget, pets are welcome too.
