The Delta Township is a tight-knit community only 10 minutes west of the heart of Lansing. The town is split by Interstate 69 and the western section is made up of lush natural areas while the eastern section consists of residential areas and commercial developments. Renters will find affordable apartments, townhomes, and houses available for rent.
Events bring the community together and take place throughout the year. Families and individuals enjoy peaceful parks along the Grand River, located along the northern border of town, and residents head to West Saginaw Highway (Highway 43) for a plethora of shopping and dining choices at places like Lansing Mall and the Marketplace at Delta Township. While this amenity-laden town has a lot to offer within, residents can easily travel outside of town to visit other parks and trails along with popular places like Capital Region International Airport and Downtown Lansing.

Property Ratings at Ramblewood Apartments
I’m going on year 4 here. It was great for 2 1/2 years and has gone down since. I am actively looking for a new home. The entire building & my apt smells like nail polish remover every month because someone moves out and they “seal the floors”. It makes me sick to my stomach and gives me a headache. The washer is always breaking but you don’t know until you’ve already begun a load or put your money in. It’ll smell like weed when you walk into the building…always. It’s really embarrassing.
I've lived here for 2 months and already have had better experiences than in the past 10 years at my last 2 apartment complexes. The maintenance is quick and does a thorough job. The office staff are very friendly and help whenever they can. The buildings are well maintained as well as the grounds. It's a real pleasure living here.
Let me tell you a story, My girlfriend and I signed a reservation on an apartment at Ramblewood and made the necessary arrangements with our current apartments to vacate and move by the end of June. Two days ago, Ramblewood staff contacted us and said that because the current occupant had gone back on her notice to vacate, we were out of the apartment. I contacted management to let it be known our dissatisfaction with this. I was told by the office manager and the property manager that they would not be changing any polices to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. Not only that, but if we wanted to live there, we would have to live in an apartment that was a different style than the one we reserved (smaller) for an indefinite amount of time and then move into the apartment we actually wanted when the current tenant moved out. In summary: Do nothing wrong with Ramblewood and they will make you jump through hoops rather than the person who erred. Do not give them your money to reserve an apartment, they are willingly taking people's money for apartments they do not have. And when it goes wrong, you'll be the one who suffers the consequences.
My girlfriend and I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 yrs. Office staff is professional and friendly and the property is maintained pretty decently. The apartments are surprisingly spacious and cozy. Rent increases every yr. by a few dollars but overall the pros out way the cons. Decent neighbors, nice location.
The entire application process was easy and smooth. The person I met with to walk through the apartment and ask general questions and very knowledgable and nice. She was patient with all my questions and answered every one. I have lived here for a month now and I can not find one thing to complain about. I had one issue with my sink and it was handled fast and efficient.
Living here is so peaceful compared to our 1st place! W/O's get done in a timely fashion it's unbelievable! We'll be here for years to come or until they kick us out, it's that good here! Plus, the staff in the office is nice!! Resident - D-18 Sara Lane
Ramblewood was my first apartment after I moved out of my parents. I lived here for a year and I was never disappointed with anything. It was very quite and a really cozy apartment to live in. I have truly enjoyed living here. I loved the space I had even though it was just 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. The staff was wonderful to me. The maintenance staff was quick with fixing. It really wasn't just a rental for me, it was my home and I was very attached. But I didn't like the fact that they raise the fees by $10.00 every year. I think the pricing they had a year ago, was perfect for the quality and safety the apartment offers, above that it seems not worth it; because for the same pricing I can get better places to live. If they ever lower their rates by few, I would go back again to live here without wasting any seconds.
I Like The Clubhouse, Indoor pool, exercise equipment room and a laundry facility . I can work out , go for a swim and do my laundry all during the same visit. If I don't feel athletic I can watch TV in the lounge while doing my laundry and access the provided Wi Fi . My apartment is on the back row on the east side, top floor . We have a lovely view , nothing but trees and birds. As for maintenance , they do an above average job of getting things done in a timely manner. The common areas are cleaned on a regular bases and I do so appreciate that fact. To sum it up , I have no complaints about this facility or the management .
If your looking for a good family environment, this is the place. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is just as friendly. Matinence is always on top of the work that needs to be done and they get it right the first time.
Been here almost 6 years and this will be our last. While I love the layout inside my unit and the space I am growing increasingly unhappy with the lack of upkeep in our area. We live in the back of the complex and rarely are any improvements made however, they have no problems raising my rent every year. Biggest downside is no air in 2nd bedroom. Piece of advice for any light sleepers or new parents... get a unit not facing the parking lot. Especially if you end up in 6150.
I've lived in Ramblewood for about a year and a half now, and it's been a really good experience. It's a quick drive to downtown Lansing where many residents work, and it's also very close to shopping, dining, and expressways. The office staff have always been incredibly nice and helpful, and maintenance is generally next day. They also do a great job with keeping the walkways plowed and salted in the winter. The only issues I have with living here is that sound travels from the outside. I can hear people in other buildings out on their balcony’s as if they are in my apartment when my windows are open. However, I can rarely hear any of my neighbors in my building, which is really nice. The only other downside I have is the apartments are HOT. Especially if you live on the 3rd floor. If I set my heat at 60 with the windows closed in the winter, when I came home it was 85 degrees. I just kept my bedroom window open and that seemed to create a nice balance. Overall, I've been happy living here, and the "downsides" are really just minor complains.
I lived here for a year. The apartments are nothing special, your basic apartment, nice closet space, small kitchen. The staff in the office were great; very sweet, nice and helpful. The biggest issue I have is our experience with the management company; Westbay Management. We were charged for several days rent after we had moved out; citing that the keys were returned 4 days late. After attempting to explain we had moved out already (we have given notice that we would be out the month before) to the management company, they were still unwilling to refund the fees they assessed for 4 days rent. After being excellent renters I was extremely disappointed in their lack of compassion during the stress of a move.
This place has friendly staff, a nice gym and pool area, beautiful grounds, and clean spacious apartments. Its also within walking distance of the Lansing Mall, Meijer and tons of other stores. I would definitely renew my lease here if I weren't moving out of state.
