Don’t not come live here !!

Do not come live here in these apartments are in poor conditions vehicles get broken into every day you’ll find pest Rats live in here , they are seriously eating up all the walls , owners and management don’t wanna do anything about upgrading these apartments These apartments need to be tear down and rebuild fresh

Cars get broken into all the time , Owners don’t wanna pay for security to make tenants feel safe ! Owners are cheap ! The apartments are in very poor conditions Rats , roaches & pest will live with you ! These apartments need to be tear down & rebuild fresh ! These apartments don’t even deserve a one stars ! WARNING DO NOT COME LIVE HERE !! RUN LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

The worst apartments !

Pest , roaches , rats & bed bugs come with living here in these apartments! All tenants here are dirty & leave trash every where ! Ownership & management don’t do anything about updating the apartments ! These apartments need to be tear down & rebuild fresh ! Owners need to stop being so cheap !! Be ware find somewhere else

Vehicles Stolen

Do not come live in this apartment complex. Vehicles get stolen all the time. Management won’t don anything about it despite the numerous complains. Rent is cheaper than most places in Alhambra but it does come with a price, no security!

Unprofessional management

Management of this building is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. He talks over you asks you to solve issues with upper management because he does not knows how to deal with public. Interrupts you, raises his voice, and leaves you with a question in mouth. Unfortunately besides the unprofessional attitude of the management also the property is unbelievable in poor conditions. You can find all kids if infestations like: rats, ants, and roaches.

Break ins, Renter beware.

Cars get broken into all the time. Close to freeway exits and on ramps. No security or surveillance. Poorly lit.

Not great

The quality of the complex is poor. The parking is terrible. The best part of living here is the cheap rent. You wont find better rates in Alhambra. But thats about it, overall its not a great place to live.
