Very quiet and centrally located to have great access to everything that fort smith has to offer, Walmart and a mall are both in close proximity

Unit not even available but they will still let you apply and charge application fee showing updated today and still available
They won't fix anything and if they do it breaks again. Sometimes it can be a loud environment. Your air don't work it's a 100 degrees in your apartment sorry but your luck your shower don't work it don't need fixing. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with these people definitely not worth it.

Unfortunately, with the increasing temperatures we are experiencing has caused A/C companies to fall behind but are still maintaining our issues in a timely manner. I work at Central Mall and this location was uber convenient for me. My apartment was clean and the place just vibes.
mice were at the apartment when i moved in. There are cockroaches, ants, spiders, and mice. It was disgusting. Moved out because of it. And, found a house. BYE BYE APARTMENT!!
My Apartment by Central Mall in Fort Smith, AR.,I am near bus stop. I can walk too movie, go to store etc. I love it here. I am in one bedroom but, they have two bedroom and three bedroom apartments too. Right now its end of summer going in to fall! It's always bust around the Central Mall. You can even get job being by the Mall. That is why I feel nice place to live.
