Snug between the grassy plains and mountain peaks, Fort Collins is a treat for the eyes. It’s also home to Colorado State University, a top-ranking school known for academic excellence. Like many college towns, Fort Collins provides a variety of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment in its downtown district, but the pull of the beautiful landscape might draw you outdoors most often. The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.

Property Ratings at Rams Park Apartments
The new management (as of the end of 2017) is absolutely garbage. They are non-responsive and inconsiderate. I have almost accepted that I will not be listened to our spoken to when they make arrangements that involve the apartment I am living in. I do not recommend moving here unless you enjoy noisy RAs, non-responsive management, and maintenance that doesn't address tenant issues.
Property Manager at Rams Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
After purchasing the building in late 2017, it did take us some time to understand the needs of the building and the residents. Since that time, we have ended our relationship with the Property Management Company in November 2018. We do not have RA's and please call me directly with any management or maintenance issues. 303-817-3012 Brad
I think this is a great apartment. Maintaince is awesome I enjoy the that there is mature environment around. Me
