About Ramsey Apartments
This cozy three-bedroom apartment. This historical Ramsey Apartment House offers easy access to the downtown scene. With a quick walk (3 1/2 blocks) to Mosley's Bar and OH Taco, Hot Dog Tony's, Shore House Tavern, to name a few! Other nearby establishments include Marketplace at Cooke and many fantastic restaurants to feed the appetite after a long day of work. This apartment has recently had both the outside of the building and common interior areas repainted; We just replaced the kitchen floors, countertops in most of the apartments. We have refinished the hardwood floors. We also refinished and carpeted common areas. And just finished the balconies off of each apartment next. These 3bedroom apartments are spacious enough that many couples or small families and great for roommates who tend to rent these apartments. The kitchen has a refrigerator and an electric stove and a dishwasher. The living room and dining room area is a spacious area that can fit dining and entertainment seating. These apartments are relatively large and spacious so that you are not stumbling into one another! Dining Room, Living Room, Gas, water, and trash are included. No A/C in these units however you are able to put in a window A/C units. Laundry is free and onsite; facilities are on the basement floor. OFF street parking only. No parking is provided. Monthly Rent ranges $1000-$1200 for the 3bedroom or 3 bedrooms plus office - security deposit (1month rent) due at lease signing — one pet welcome /less than 20lbs. An additional pet deposit, an additional fee per month, will be required.

Property Ratings at Ramsey Apartments
The Apartment that we currently live in (my husband me and our 3 year old) is a great building and we haveamazing Landlord. The build itself is 150 years old and is pretty awesome. But we have 2 roommates and it drives us up the wall, I would love to be able to afford a place on our own but moving expenses isn't something we can fully afford right now even though I will have to soon as I will be moving for my job into another apartment in another town and possibly state and would love to find another place as great as this one.
