Property Ratings at Ranch Apartments
The apartment manager is awful, random violations, not being allowed to park as a visitor even with a parking pass. Even though in the policy it says nothing about that only to park with a pass or find some visitor parking in each section. Management has no communication what’s so ever very ignorant and rude. Would not recommend living here. However when the apartment manager wants to park wherever she wants too even though she has her parking personally she can and nothing happens she is allowed to keep dead plants but we can’t even leave a rug with out random violations. If anyone wants to live here for you it but it wouldn’t last long. She and this apartment is awful lots of homeless people going into peoples cars and garbages and she does nothing. Wouldn’t recommend it here.
The extremely high rent increase after my lease ended is brutal. The apartments and management are excellent but the rent is overpriced. The new manager actually cares & does a great job. Hopefully she sticks around for a long time. Also the washers and dryers in the laundry room don't have timers but I've finally figured out how long the cycles are so I'm over it.
