If I could give negative stars, I would just for this place. This is the absolutely worst place you could spent your money on. These people could care less if you were tossed on the street and homeless. They find any way to add an additional charge to your account and if you don’t pay it, they sent you an eviction notice. We were originally told that we would not be charged a pet fee or deposit because our pets are registered ESAs. Now they are adding pet fees in July after living in this place since Feb with no pet fees or deposit. Their communication system is bogus. We were told someone would contact us with more information and instead we were served with a notice to evict. -10/10 stars. This place has sucked my mental health dry as well as my bank account for stupid fees added onto rent after it’s already been paid.
Hall & stair lights out -say they are replacing them but it’s been 5 months. Office rarely answers & leaves early. Grounds are trashy. Gates broken 90% of the time. Maintenance does a horrible job. Old trash company trash cans sat in the hallways for over a month. Dog park used to be really nice, now it’s disgusting. Evicted ppl & sat their stuff outside on a Friday & didn’t remove it until a Tuesday or Wednesday. All kinds of crap on patios & balconies. Don’t be fooled by the new paint & pics…. customer service doesn’t exist here.

DO NOT RENT HERE. WORST TWO COMPANIES IVE EVER RENTED FROM. Yes they were bought out and the new company isn’t any better. The pool is never open. Constantly doing “maintenance” or “skimming the pool because someone jumped the fence” - moved in and AC was constantly running and caused a $700 bill and another $800 electric bill. They said it wasn’t their problem even though it was stuck on running mode for both heat and AC. Reimbursed us $300 and that was because they were “being nice”. - Guest bathroom tub is rusted and tub finish is peeling up because the AC unit condensation drip constantly pouring and causing eroding of the tub finish. - Garbage deposable stopped working. - Water poured down from our hall light. Yes the light figure … - Had to replace our entire dishwasher because it wouldn’t drain. - Fast forward a year later, AC goes out, someone came out same day, “fixed it”, 3 days later it’s not working again, promised a window unit for the night, no one ever shows after 7 hours of “yeah they’ll come today. Promise”, next day they say it’s because of “the batteries” needing to be changed on the thermostat. 2 weeks later, stops working AGAIN, “we might be able to bring you a window unit if the weather doesn’t get cooler outside but we can’t promise that”. - Toilets constantly clog, no matter how little toilet paper. - Horrible parking, never find a spot close to your building after 5 pm.

I have lived at this apartment complex when they had a previous management. With that management staff, I thought when they got switched out for this newest one I thought we could only go up from there. Well I was wrong. The manager in the office is rude and acts like our issues are an inconvenience to her. We have had trouble paying rent online for OVER 7 months with her only saying “we will get our IT team on this right away.” We couldn’t wash clothes in the laundry room because the door was broken and we had issues getting parking passes. They get people to power wash around your stuff without telling you and ruin your rugs and they barely give notices when people need to come in to spray or check fire alarms. We were told we would get the next available carport, but about 10 people have gotten one and we still haven’t. This place would be just okay without this management staff. With them however, you should stay away.
Lived here for over two years now, sense last December the apartments have got new managers, the apartments, never had any complaints until the new owners, the owners our ac has been out for over a month now and we have been getting the run around and will bandaid the problem until the next day it’s 85 in here ! They have done nothing to help any time we have a issue, DONT DO IT
If I could give this place negative stars I would. From the start, they screwed us over. We initially paid our deposit to include a garage. Come to our move in date and there was no garage. As a matter of fact we weren’t informed until after we get here that we also had no cabinets or counters as well as the place being generally dirty. The dishwasher was moldy and there was dust and bugs in the lights. If I can find a way to post the pictures I will. We took pictures and documented it all. The dishwasher took over a month to get replaced and the cabinets also took weeks to get fixed. We couldn’t unpack our things because we were told that if we did we would have to undo it so they could do the cabinets. We were repeatedly told, even on recordings, that they would be doing a garage sale to empty out a garage to get the one we were promised just for it to never happen months later. We were offered a measly $250 credit just for them to never hold up their end of the deal as we are paying for storage monthly because they have yet to provide a garage that they told us we would have and they have made zero progress on remedying. The management is incompetent and treats disabled veterans horribly.
Looks nice from the outside and staff is friendly but there is a long list of negatives. Valet trash does not show up everyday. When they do a little girl (10-12yrs old) and her mother drag these bag of trash down the 3 flights of stairs leaving grease and liquid trails all the way down and it stinks. There has been a trail of dirty cat litter for 2 weeks now and has not been cleaned up. Cars drive 30mph through parking lot , not a good place for children. The carpet was very poorly installed and stinks. The trim looks like aniamals were locked in bathroom and chewed through it, this was never replaced it was just painted over. The pool was closed more than half the summer, alot of people that dont live here park at the front and swim so its usually crowded. It's a small pool for a big complex anyways. There is never any parking after 6pm. My car has been keyed twice in 6 months. I could go on and on but I think this gives you a pretty good idea.

I recently moved out and had some issues with management. They have since been worked out and issues are being addressed! Other than that, this complex and apartment itself were a really great place to live. I loved the amenities they had to offer and enjoyed the apartment I lived in. The location is great, close access to two major interstates and many shops and restaurants. Rodney is a great manager and is very friendly and helpful. I do recommend to live here!
BE WARNED! DO NOT bring a pet to this place unless you are fine with paying $1000 in various fees after you move out, regardless of the condition of your apartment! I would not recommend moving here. Their rent is exorbitant for the size and quality of the apartments, there is little to no storage available, including the inability to keep ANYTHING on your balcony (we were threatened with a fine because we had a bicycle out there), the parking is insufficient, and the management is careless and does not handle issues in an appropriate time frame (our AC went out in the middle of summer and it took them around three weeks to fix it). Upon moving out we were hit with fees totalling over $500 even after they ate both deposits we put down, detailed in a final bill which we never received and didn't find out about until they forwarded the account to collections with no other attempt to contact us. Aside from the obvious administrative issues, the neighbors were stuffy, often called in noise complaints (we were on the second floor, so we made every attempt to be as light footed as possible, never played music, etc.), and a few even tried to incite religious and political conversations without provocation. It seemed nice at first, but it ended up being one of our least favorite experiences after living in a few different apartments in the area over the last ten years.
This apartment complex has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff does not disclose the full process of applying for an apartment with them. They have credit requirements they do not describe, they are very vague, and instead collect an application fee of $125 and deny apartments. While my score is not the best, my rental history and mortgage payments over the last 5 years were "outstanding" as they described them. They hide behind the company is not required to disclose these requirements. When they take the application online, there is no discussion of fees until you follow up on the process and then they tell you what is required. Further, they are setting up applications for apartments they do not have and then forcing you into other apartments telling you "they didn't know that apartment was already rented" because THEIR online payment system didn't update them. Do not rent here. Find a real apartment complex to conduct business.
This was my very first own apartment, and I have to say this was absolutely great place to live. The neighbors are so sweet, the updated apartment fixtures were amazing as well! Overall having a great stay and will definitely renew my lease when it's ready to be up!
Nice grounds, nice staff, timely repairs. Good area, good rate, love it.
