I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rancho Palisades. The communication from their team was absolutely terrible. From the moment we started the application process, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and we had to repeatedly hound them just to get basic updates. After weeks of chasing them down, they finally approved our application, but then THREE WEEKS AFTER again radio silence and being ignored we received the lease agreement until A DAY before we were supposed to move-in. This last-minute scramble was completely unprofessional and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. Worst of all we had expressed our urgency of having the process done since we were coming from out of state and still insisted they communicated. If this is how they handle prospective tenants, I can only imagine how they’d handle ongoing issues once you’re a resident. I would not recommend Rancho Palisades to anyone looking for a smooth, professional leasing experience. Sadly we had to forfeit the administrative fee because they rudely refused. Stay away from this complex.

Office lady was very rude almost as if she didn’t want to do her job. If you want a tour be prepared to go alone. We were given a key to go look at an apartment and they had given us the wrong key. At the point we we’re just annoyed with the quality of the service so we did not say anything and just left. If this is how the staff is with potential tenants I can just imagine how they are with their current residents

I am a first time renter and the staff has been nothing but helpful through the whole process. Very quiet apartments and nice surrounding area. Maintenance staff always helps out in a timely manner they also keep the grounds very clean. Very happy so far!
These apartments suck.. I have lived in phase 1 and 2 and they both suck. there’s roaches, people are extremely loud and people steal out of your cars and the apartment just sucks. pick a different choice.
I really enjoyed living here. The area was perfect and the apartments were nice and quiet. Unfortunately, I lost my job and had to move. Angie the manager was very nice when I told her my situation, but unfortunately my situation wouldn’t allow me to stay. I’d recommend this place to anyone!!!
Parking sucks here unless you live alone and never have guest over. Forget the reserved parking because people don't rescpedt the reserved sing. Then the staff says to give them 24hrs to move. People never picking up after their dog. I took a year just to get a fire extinguisher. The walls are very thin. Kids play in the parking lot and breezeways. So may auto accidents in the parking lot. The gate never stays closed which defeats the purpose of a gated complex. They hand out towing stickers like opra, they never actually tow anybody. And my car was stolen but they couldn't get a good image of the guy driving since they have crappy surveillance cameras at the gate and none in the parking lot. Unfortunately I couldnt put Zero rating.
This place takes advantage of their renters.... The kids were unruly and a lot of them filled the parking lot in the evening when I came home making it hard to navigate, the walkways are marked up and dirty, the property keeps trash about the grounds, I had 3 month long cockroach and (weasel those tiny insect) infestation for 3 months!!!!... until I bought product to rid them. I had several pluming back ups which they attended to but half did the job I had mixed matched counter tops in my kitchen for 7 months which they never fixed. They ripped my carpet up during this incident and never fixed it and the cherry on top of being a patient tenant was them not refunding my $1150 deposit for all the water damage and trouble. Let's not forget the 2 pool fights I saw during the summers or thin walls and ceilings or the amenities never being open or unlocked for use for paying renters due to kids that didn't live there vandalism.. So here I am now having to take them to court to try settle this matter. Proceed with caution.
Don't waste your time or money. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors every move from using the restroom to sneezing or washing their face. I ve had several complaints about mold and all maintanace has done is PLANT OVER IT! UNACCEPTABLE NEVER AGAIN, I gave it one star if I had an option to give it zero I would. This place is terribly over priced too.
I love livimg here the maintenance is terrific especially one ethan he is so helpful as im handicapped and he goes out of his way to help me every time I see him the staff is friendly it is quiwt grounds are kept up well
This is really a nice place to live! Angie the property manager is always open to suggestions but is limited to what the owners want. They are currently upgrading the property and the units and everything is looking really good. I have lived here for 3 years so far and have a renewal coming up and I really can't imagine leaving until I find a home unless I can find something cheaper but still gives me the luxury and comfort that I have now. I have had no issues with this apartment complex. The maintenance team is great and complete service request within a reasonable time frame, the office staff is new and I wasn't really liking them very much but they are coming around, and the management team does what they can to make you happy! One thing I can say they can improve on is most apartments make rent late on the 4th they only give you til the 2nd but other than that no complaints! If I were to move it would be because of some of my neighbors but not because of the apartments and or the staff!
The apartment is perfect for me and my family! Very quit and great location!!!! My son has so much to do with the indoor facilities and local attractions!
