Property Ratings at Rancho Solana
this was the worst living conditions we have ever encountered The day I moved in there was dead roaches on the ceilings. I contacted management three times before they would been consider going to fumigate or cleaning the apartment. My husband and I had to be the ones to clean the apartment ourselves!! it WAS NOT IN ANY WAY MOVE IN READY!! I HATED the living conditions , had to pay out of my own pocket to clean the apt. myself, and the manager was no help AT ALL!!

Roach infested apartments, terrible laundry rooms that aren't cleaned and most of the time aren't working. You can only put money on your laundry card only when someone is in the office and they are barely ever there or they close the busnisness center so managment can sit around and watch movies. Parking is terrible! Never parking outside and people like to park illegally inside the gate and the "patrol" they say they have never come by. Kids are incredibly loud and seem to wonder around the complex alone and late at night. Managment is horrible. They are not approachable and you shouldn't take there word. Save your money and go somewhere nicer. It is NOT worth it.

Recently moved in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. So far so good, quiet and I can call it my own sweet home.
