Love the unit and the people in the office are amazing! The maintenance team is quick and efficient and super nice and respectful to us as tenets.

Quiet community with great amenities! Cherry Creek trail right next to apartments which is a great trail to walk/jog on! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment complex!

Very nice management, pretty quiet community. The apartments are affordable and spacious, the balcony is larger than I expected, and high ceilings.

I’ve lived in this apartment for over 5 years, so that says a lot! Despite some management turnovers, the property has the same high standards of operation and customer service that I was accustomed to. The maintenance staff is courteous and experienced, as is the office staff. I have no issues and highly recommend you check out this property!

Meed to do something about residents smoking all over the place, it’s supposed to be a non smoking community but every building has people chain smoking right in front of the staff and they do nothing

From touring to being accepted as a tenant has been a very smooth and easy process. The staff has been very quick to respond and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The property is very peaceful and quiet property. While I haven't seen any resident events while I have been there so far, I am hoping they might have some planned. That is one of my favorite thing about apartment complexes. Is the chance to mingle and interact with fun events, staff and neighbors. Hopefully there will be some events coming up here soon.

It’s a great place to live and very conveniently located to access things quickly. The staff are great. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to be in the Parker area.

Such a beautiful, well kept property! All of the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I know that if I ever need anything, they are fast acting!

The staff is not helpful or friendly! They ignore phone calls and do not return left messages. Maintenance does an ok job. It certainly does not feel like a home.

The team here is incredible. They have treated us with kindness and respect. Highly recommend Ranchstone to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place to live :)

Great community, quiet and apartment is great. One of the office staff is pretty rude with every reaction my kids or I have had but the other one is amazing!

My first snow day at this complex I had to shovel the side walk. Parking is a little inconvenient because there’s those permits still. And I’ve noticed some residents have two car garage. Other than that staff is great my maintenance request always get completed.

I absolutely love this community! And the ladies on the front end in the office are so helpful and caring! They truly care about residents and making sure that people are taken care of!

My family and I have enjoyed our time here. We've have had nothing but a great experience here. From Staff and thier Maint team. Looking forward to many more years here.

Beautiful Quiet community. The apartments themselves and location is very peaceful and convenient. The staff is hard to communicate with. Other the that the rea itself is very quiet, but near all sorts of necessary shopping needs.

I do think the community is really beautiful, I did reach out regarding my concerns I have from my initial move in, hopefully management will plan on reaching back out to me. Other then that, I would recommend it.

Loving our apartment here at Ranchstone. Love the view in the morning and we haven't had any issues. Great staff here making our stay here a great experience.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The apartment is nice,there are a few areas that would have been better for move in there was and still is plaint splatter on all the floors, under sinks were dirty, just not what you would expect for move in to a higher price apartment. But the management staff needs training on working with customers. They have no compassion.

Best place to live! I’ve met a ton of my neighbors recently and it’s just such a pleasant place to live! So clean and well kept and a great community!

Amazing place to live. Very quiet. Clean. Very safe neighborhood to live for children. Amenities are amazing like the year round pool and hot tub also able to use the sister property amenities.

Terrible maintenance and office staff. They truly go out of their way to make you feel that you are not important or cared for in any way. Forget about pool/hot tub or any amenities being kept up with, let alone basic needs.

So far our move into Ranchstone has been very seamless! The only difficulty we have had was trying to find good internet wifi since it seems they only have earthlink or centurylink (and centurylink can take up to two months to install!) so that was a little bit of an annoyance but we went with Earthlink for the time being

Move in was alright, i just haven’t had the best experience with Paula everytime im in the office. She comes across as annoyed that im there to ask a question.

This is an amazing community with the most friendly staff. Such a beautiful complex. They have all sorts of fun things for the kids to do...

My time there was disappointing to say the least. Way too much rent money for what you get. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment and it was very clean. In fact it was cleaner than when I moved in. (When I moved in I was left with dirty carpet, hair on the bathroom sink and the kitchen was not clean.). I was expecting my deposit back but they took every bit of my deposit. They even charged me $65 to clean. They didn’t have to clean. While my time there the hall way was never cleaned. I have a blower and took care of it several times. On several occasions my water was brown. It was undrinkable. I will never give this place a good review.

Staff and maintenance are great, but there really needs to be something done about the smoking in a non-smoking community and the neighbors that continue to have domestic disturbances and domestic violence issue with police showing up every month at their apartments

Love Ranch stone! The staff is outstanding! Great views and easily accessible to local restaurants, schools, and community. Nice trails connected as well.

I absolutely love it here, I moved from the city and this place has the most amazingly comforting and safe environment. The grounds are gorgeous and the night sky is incredible.

We really like the apartment we are in now. We’ve been in the community for 11 years and this new property management/owners are the first time we’ve been happy with what we see and what is happening.

I have enjoyed my time here. I have found the staff to be super nice. Maintenance is timely and very knowledgeable about the property and equipment. I forward to the planned events.

All the employees here are amazing. They handle all your needs in a timely manner. I have lived here a few years and don’t plan on moving. It’s very quiet here.

I found multiple walking and biking trails that takes me around and through Ranchstone and adjoining apartment complexes. Many of the trails have routed me to, through, and around downtown Parker Colorado. I have been riding the trails mostly to various trail heads in the area and onto open space areas.

The move in process was super fast and the leasing office was very helpful to fully clean out my new apartment so I’d be able to move in the day of application.

Such an amazing team at Ranchstone Apartments, they are very helpful and responsive!! I love this place and the neighborhood, I would highly recommend!

Maintenance and Office Staff have been great to work with. Any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Location is great. In my experience, the only thing keeping my review from 5-stars is the cost of rent!

Just moved in, so far it’s been great! The apartment is spacious and clean, the front office staff have been very helpful. The neighbors I’ve met have been very nice as well!

Maintenance is amazing and on top of requests. Main office staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool maintenance is kept up on. The property grounds are very neat.

The office ladies are awesome! Our apartment is very homey as well. New carpets were installed before move in and we had new washer and dryers.

It has been great. The people are great and the town and area have endless things for for my girlfriend and I to do. Seems like we are always on the go on the weekends,

Very nice community, good staff, and fantastic maintenance crew. My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years now, rent is a bit high but it’s a very nice area.

As far as apartment complexes go, this is is pretty good. The grounds are well maintained, there is regular trah pick up and mowing. If I ever have an issue maintenance comes quickly. The only gripe I have is the giant holes in the roads but I think they are working on that as well as the package room is always a mess. But I'de recommend this place just on the fact that it's quiet and clean

Been here 2 months, and so far so good!! Are there plans to fill the pot holes? The office staff has been great! They are well informed and answer all questions with a smile.

Great community, just need to enforce this being a smoke free community. There’s residents leaving cigarettes all over the place in our building and the lawn around it and smoking every day where we smell it in the halls every time

I've been living for around 6 months. The overall environment is good, but appliances are old and need to be replaced with new electronic items. Maintenance guy Shane is good.

It's been kind of noisy lately, with people working on their cars in the parking lot. Smokers and liter around the building and the corridors.

I love living here! Beautifully maintained, very responsive office and friendly atmosphere! It’s nice knowing that the community keeps up and makes updates that continue to improve and make things easy for residents
