¡Gracias por la excelente evaluación! Si podemos hacer algo por usted, háganoslo saber.
Small claustrophobic living area on first floor. Heat and air uncontrollable between floors. Freeze downstairs - sweat upstairs all year long. Advertise stainless steel appliances - mine were silver plastic. Vinyl wood flooring is the cheap - seen much better. Not sure want bathroom vanities are made of but hard to clean. Overall cheap construction with granite counter top throw in the kitchen to call it luxury.
Coming from a single family home, I was concerned about noise and congestion but it has turned out to be a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
has pluses and minuses inside is excellent space had 2 br 2.5 bath very quiet as far as neighbors next door. but has stairs may be dificult for some to live with. front bed room quiet from outside noise back bedroom not so much with parking and recreation in garages and driveway

Never had any complaints. Love our place here at RH.

Thank you! We appreciate you spending the time to let us know that you love it here! Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything you need.
The unit is very nice, however during the winter months,, the first floor was much colder than the second floor and it was very hard to regulate the temperature between the two floors. The front door had a large air leak and I was notified that all units were similar to mine. The floors are also very very squeaky, otherwise the unit is very nice.
The pricing was a little steep for the smallest unit. Most places have deals for new tenants, and none were available or offered. Love this place just wish it was a couple hundred dollars cheaper.

Thank you for taking the time to review us here at Randall Highlands. I'm sorry you felt that we were a bit over priced for you but I can say after research for the sq ft and the 2 car attached garage we are priced accordingly to the market. Please visit again if you ever need a home again.
Maintenance is the most important thing and thisnplace has the best ever!! Chris is awesome!!!

I would say it is great just kinda high rent.
Property Manager at Randall Highlands, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to review Randall Highlands. I have researched our rent and for the square footage and the 2 car attached garage our price is the best in town. Please visit us again in the future. Once again thank you for the review.
Nice community, clean, with decent amenities. The only reason we wouldn’t rent here is because the living room is way too small for us in the 2 bedroom.
Becuase the maintenance and service is great, friends and family would love to move here but the cost is too high. This area is not highly trafficked and there arent a lot of things to do around here so not sure why it is so expensive. Also, the heating system is not the best in the end units. I've had a very high electric bill to keep warm this winter using heaters.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate you taking the time to respond. In responding to the rent we have the most effective rent per square feet around town. As far as things to do we are so close to Geneva, Batavia, and St. Charles that offer many things to do among them is walking the river walks. In this area we have great places to eat, shop, and walk.
Very impressed if it's what family and friends are looking for. If they need to be closer to train or need more space, I may recommend a different community.

It's been very pleasant from viewing the available units to moving in and the daily living conditions have been great.

Thank you for the great response and feedback. I'm sorry about the delay in getting back to you but I am thrilled to see your experience has been so positive. I look forward to seeing you soon and enjoying summer life here at Randall Highlands.
I'm glad that payment is 'free' of charge now, just because some of us dont have physical checks shouldn't have meant we had to pay extra. It should also be free to pay via debit card, which it isn't currently, that's unfortunate.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback and are also very excited about there is no fee when paying via ACH. If you should have any additional questions or suggestions on how we can improve please reach out to us.
Haven't moved in yet but seems very nice and office staff very professional.

I did a lot of research when looking for a place to rent. Randall Highlands stood out among all of them. I’ve lived in the community for 9 months and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I can’t say enough about what a great place it is. They have pizza parties, great maintenance guys, and shopping for everything you need nearby. If you’re looking for a place to rent, you definitely need to check out Randall Highlands!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We appreciate you and every resident here. We call Randall our home and I'm glad you do too!
Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who is looking for an apartment/townhouse at the moment. If I did, I would highly recommend this place.
Great community with great local staff. Lisa, David, and Chris are amazing assets to this community! Glad we chose Randall Highlands.
It's a great community, one that I can definitely call home. It provides all of the aminities that I am looking for in an apartment home

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you and hope you call Randall Highlands home for quite some time. Please let us know if there is anything you need.
Almost like our home we are moving from. 2 car attached garage, large space, great area! Best we have seen!
The reviews are mostly positive and the staff seems to take immense pride in the community. The layouts of the homes are well planned and I like that the community isn't built in a crowded way that most seem to be lately.
apartment was not clean to my standard I had to clean many areas. there are damaged areas that should have been repaired before I moved in. I do not want to be held responsible for these areas on move out. many lights are not working.
Beautifully and relaxing like a peacefully place called home... would love to have one for myself.
Friendly and the perfect place to be. Location in a great place and you get exactly what you aren?t paying for.
Lisa is a great person! She did a very good presentation and answered the questions we had for her.
I have never had a problem with maintenance and their professionalism. The office personnel however did not share the urgency to fix my dryer. The vents of the dryer should be cleaned more often and not wait until my dryer stops working or I experience a fire.

Very nice and clean. Pool, community room and fitness is a great feature to have. The do a nice job with the landscaping. The office and maintenance are great. Very helpful and so nice.
The amenities, the staff and the fact I don't have to mow a lawn are all a huge plus to me. The furnishings are also great! Stainless steel appliances and awesome countertops and cabinets
I probably would recommend this place not on Maintence that had been awesome it's on the price very expensive we had three days to move out of our house because we sold it and this was available. Then we went month to month and it was another $300 for what made no sense that's one main reason why I wouldn't mention it to anyone.
Enjoyed Randall Highlands experience so much we offered them as a renting unit facility to the sales agency where we bought.
New manager never told maintenance about my request, had to go in a second time and talk to maintenance myself. Landscaping around garage is terrible. No mulch put down this year at all. Very disappointed for the amount I pay in rent
Having Chris on site is really great. He responds quickly, is courteous and helpful. He is an asset to the community.
Apartment and grounds are well maintained
Pricing? And the fact that they raised it 7%? in an economy that does not hold that type of increase . We understand that this wasn't an on-site management issue but corporate . But we were very comfortable there..... while we were there . Thank you Heather, David and Chris.
To be absolutely honest ....... Chris the maintenance man is the best thing that Randall Highland townhome apartments has going for it .
Maintenance is great however the very high rent with no incentive to renew makes it difficult to refer anyone.
But many residents say is overexpensive besides that is great location
The biggest issue for us is the clubhouse. Besides not being able to use it the way we would like, it is not as clean as we would hope. On the occasions that we have been there, we have noticed that old food remains in the refrigerator and freezer. Counters are not wiped down, and the bathrooms are not always clean. The one time we hosted a party at the clubhouse, I spent a large part of the preceding day cleaning the kitchen area myself.
For the convenience and the quality in this area, if you can't find somewhere to buy, or don't want to buy, this is a good place to be.
Well ever since Steadfast took over and the manager Heather took over the property has gone down hill alot.the grounds are poorly maintained with dead trees and muddy between the garage island due to no bark to keep the rain from creating mud slides also the driveways are sinking in which the management refuses to fix! Also the units are to small.for the high rent you pay! Steadfast management is known.for buying up properties and running them into the ground and selling them off when there are to many costs to make repairs so save your money because you can rent a much bigger and better place for alot less its to bad because its was a nice place if the price was rite also look out for the extra fees that come out of nowhere and the manager Heather has no clue whats she doing ! Steadfast management is just laughing at the suckers that pay there super rents and get nothing in return so if your considering renting there Keep looking!!!
The community is quiet and clean. A very good place to raise kids. Units are well maintained. Complaints are attended to immediately.
The community is beautiful and the units were great. Just didn't like the office personal attitude. When ask why are you moving I informed her I purchased a home and her response was the tax write off is not that great. I thought that was an odd response.
Haven't really moved in yet but our experience with Chris really made us feel that we can count on help when we need it.
These townhomes are ok, because they are new. Another year, or so, and they'll be falling apart due to poor quality materials. The windows and doors leak, the paint is horrible, and the carpet is low grade. Chris, in maintenance, is wonderful and took care of any concerns within a day. It appears that management does not want to keep their tenants. While they are offering incentives to lure new residents in, the rents have been raised and nothing is offered to current residents who might renew the lease if concessions are given. This place is definitely not worth paying 100$ more a month than last year. The office staff presents themselves as disorganized and unprofessional - received 3 phone calls regarding lease renewal after I had gone in an signed that I was not renewing my lease. Several times I have gone in and no one is there because they are outside smoking. Exterior landscaping has gone downhill, as well. And, while the pool is nice, it's small for this size complex. Being zero-depth, it's only good for wading in and cooling off.
Very cheaply done town homes. They use the absolute cheapest paint and carpet available. It's impossible to get so much as a scuff mark off the walls, because the paint will come right off if you try to wash it. Everything looks nice on move-in but falls apart pretty quickly afterwards. When I moved out, they charged me a massive amount of money for "damages" - what was really just normal wear and tear on the aforementioned cheap paint and carpet. I have NEVER been charged for damages on move-out before at any of the places I have lived, much less the $1500 Randall Highlands wants. Terrible, terrible move-out experience. Make sure to arrange in advance for a walk-through with a member of management.
The location is amazing, I just wish there was a Starbucks a little closer, within walking distance, but, it's close enough. The pool area is calm and relaxing. The pool is a zero depth pool, which is nice, because you can just walk right into it. It has calming fountains and it's heated. There used to be a ton of things for the kids to do, provided by the main office. They would have kids game night, movie by the pool nights, a back to school party, a pool opening party, a Christmas party, trips to the casino, parents nights out, a resident appreciation week, Meet your neighbors get together nights - all of this has suddenly gone away with the new management. We wish it were still like this. It was a great community feel. The landscaping company has definitely lowered their standards a little since the new management took over as well. It has a lot of potential, just wish it has that community feel again. We love living here because of the location and the elementary school is great too!
Well maintained, clean, brand new! Close to everything! Great pool and staff! Plus they allow dogs!
