What a mess

The apartments are run down and the maintenance men make excuses and try to retaliate when you need maintenance on the plumbing and other run down conditions. There is also a huge mouse problem that they are very aware of

Don’t not move here

Do not move here the owner will pick on you for ever little thing she very noisy need to no ever thing can’t have more then one car if you have a flat she will fine you they have bugs rent due on the 1st after the 3rd it’s 25 and 5 dollars after that she the worst ever if you want to live a happy life do not move here it’s really cold in the winter

DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

The owner of this building would harass us about our animal. If we didn’t walk him at certain times she and the lady in the office would come up to us and ask us how many times we walked him and would stare at us through the window and when we could walk outside. While we were under supervision with our dogs, she would let other tenants with dogs roam free outside and let them use the bathroom and didn’t clean it up, when we would get harassed about cleaning it up. We weren’t allowed to sit outside our doors but had to sit at the picnic table. But then they moved it to the other side of the complex and was too far to walk to. When she would have a problem with something we did or one of us, she would have her maintenance workers talk to us even after we already addressed it with her. Even after we would address it, she had her workers harass us about it. She invaded our privacy under false pretenses, ripped up our carpet, and involved minors into an adult situation. She then harassed my mother through text messages and phone calls. She tried to take my mother to court for the carpet being ripped even though she ripped it, and purposely sent the court letter after the court date. Don’t move here.

home sweet home

it is just a place every one would love. near every thing. you need from a bus stop too a store. the inside and out side of the apartment area is kept up every every nice, any thing you need the owner is right there for you. been here over 7-years, an i ' don't plan to move . will be here for the rest of my' life.

been here for over 7> years. the owner takes very good care of every thing about this apt's inside & out side, just got all new windows but in, very nice place all around.
