Straddling the Fox River and home to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Downtown Oshkosh is as scenic as it is exciting. Warning! Stay away!!!!!
Do not rent from this place. Management is disrespectful & passive. Some neighbors are good , others push their nose into your business and rumors fly everywhere. Rent is cheap but not worth the hassle of management (Wendy). In all the places I’ve lived this has been the worst experience.
