Paulina Palace

Aptly named for the look of the building by its veteran residents, 4875 N Paulina is home to Ravenswood royalty. Some of the finest people I've met in this city are now my neighbors. That's only one of the perks of living here. Take a 5 minute walk West and you'll find shops, food, LA Fitness, Mariano's, and the Ravenswood Metra. You're kind of spoiled for choice when it comes to public transit in this location. The neighborhood itself is quiet and everyone gives a friendly hello as you pass by. Being a dog lover, this place is heaven. It seems everyone on the block has a dog. It's not uncommon to see a random puppy party. As for the building itself, it is kept up nicely. The maintenance team do become overwhelmed quickly, so if you have a maintenance emergency, you might be waiting a while. Aside from poor maintenance response time, the place is great. My 1 Bedroom has a huge living room and dining room. The kitchen is where I like to spend most of my time, so it's nice that I can open my back door on summer evenings and cook. I could definitely see myself staying here for a very long time.
