DON'T APPLY HERE
Poor maintenance for one. Called repeatedly with no answer. Gone to the office and no one is there when they should be. The AC is broken and we have a 4 month old. They are lazy to get things done.

Awful apartment
This apartment complex is not safe. Constantly hearing gun shots, police are frequently present, neighbors are loud and disrespectful, and loud music at all hours of the night.

Amazing place to live at
The maintenance workers are always so nice and hardworking they resolve the problem right away. I’ve lived here for over 3 years and never had a problems that’s wasn’t resolved.

Worst apts
The manager is nice but the only problem is that maintenance is very bad they’re are many problemswith my apartment water leaking, stove doesn’t work and many more

Help
Maintenance is always a waiting game.. I have a toilet with waste that will have to wait for next day to fix (no water pressure in toilet) and the lady Olivia answer to that was that I have 2 toilets to use.. Wow! I asked for the light bulb to be replaced in the outside so that I may be able to see when unlocking my door... I asked for this 2 weeks ago and today she said she wasn’t aware that I spoke to the other lady about this and my neighbor across from me has also put in the request... The parking for guest is horrible—— there’s about 8 spaces that I’m aware of and whenI complained about residents having theier visitors parking in area designated for residents..I was told it was permitted until guest parking was fixed..I’ve yet to see that happen.. my guest have to park across the street at a dental office. Btw I tried to call the 844 number and all I got was ringing. :( I’m a pretty reasonable person but come on now patience is wearing down
