Reading Commons is a nice and well maintained community with great amenities (gym, pool etc), good service. The only downside is that its quite pricey.

I have had brief interactions with all of the staff and always found them to be very helpful. My first encounter was with Raul as he helped us with our application and that whole process. I’m glad I choose Reading Commons, as it checks all the boxes. Staff is friendly and responsive to inquires. The units have large windows and high ceilings which gives a look and feel of more space. My unit was freshly painted and has new carpet. The amenities are very nice as well. The gym has a variety of new equipment and designed with enough space to comfortably work out. The pool is heated and there is usually a life guard on duty. The property is well maintained both the lawns and beds. I am very happy I chose Reading Commons!

The summer here is really nice with the large pool that offer a way to cool down on a hot summer day. The area is large and never too crowded. Amenities, grounds are always well taken care of and if any service is needed it provided quickly and professionally.

Great community with great staff. Very clean community and quiet. We have lived here for two years and have enjoyed it. The only complaint is they don’t always turn on the heater on the pool. Other than that it’s great.

We love the sense of community here. We also love all the amenities, especially the pool in the summer. It’s close to all major highways and basically anything else you can think of.

Well maintained and super nice and helpful staff. Nice amenities as well with a very nice pool area and gym. Location is good with ease excess to highways.

Great location that is close to everything…restaurants, grocery stores, all major highways and tons of stores. Beautiful grounds with a beautiful courtyard and pool.

Great atmosphere. Very happy with the gym and the complex. I do wish they changed the viewing room though. The TV is out dated and I think it's rarely used.

I got the greatest email from the office this month!! I was on the Leader board for the Ivy Rewards!! Just another exciting perk that is offered from the office. They're always doing something nice for the residents here and it makes it such a pleasure to live here. Not to mention they're always available to help you with anything at anytime. I really enjoy living here. The maintenance crew is really responsive and I like that we have such a nice pool I just wish it was open a bit longer in the fall and opened earlier in the spring

So far, the staff has been extremely friendly. We were warmly welcomed and felt like we were moving into a 5 star hotel! The handwritten note, snacks and personal touch have blown us away

Love living here. Peaceful with great pool, gym and staff. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking and bikes rides. There are nearby parks and shops too

So far a great experience. Nice place, nice people. The staff is very welcoming, respectful community, clean and good common areas. I would maybe suggest a bigger gym or more equipment.

We love living at reading commons. This beautiful, quiet, and calm community, yet close to many fun attractions in town. Everyone from staff to neighbors is friendly and polite.
