Boasting an eclectic local culture that combines the best elements of Midwestern personality and metropolitan sophistication, Minneapolis has built a solid reputation as one of the most interesting and exciting cities in the region, and indeed the entire nation. A vibrant urban center in the land of 10,000 lakes, Minneapolis enjoys well-earned attention for its stress-free atmosphere, great bicycling trails, and culturally diverse population. The city’s robust economy has deep roots, with numerous major companies having operated corporate headquarters in the city for decades (in some cases a century or more). In spite of being a major economic hub, the city is full of surprisingly affordable apartments, condos, and rental homes.
If you live in Downtown, getting around in winter is never a problem thanks to the skyway system.

Property Ratings at Red 20 Apartments
Great apartment, and new on-site management (since early 2018) has made this place a LOT better, so take that into consideration if you're reading older reviews. The apartment itself was phenomenal and everything worked well, and when it didn't maintenance staff was extremely prompt in fixing any issues. There are great common spaces (deck, gym, party room) which are barely used - it's a building with ~200 residents and I was often able to host parties on the common deck without anyone around, it was great! Really enjoyed my two years here, only left because I bought a home in the area.

Hi, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Red 20 Apartments!
I have recently moved into my apartment, and I have loved it ever since. The Leasing Agent is very personable and knows most of the residents by name, the Building Manager is very open about making sure my experience is going well, and the Maintenance worker is kind and respectful. A few tidbits that have stood out to me: 1. The Leasing and Management team was willing to help me with paperwork, set up utilities, and was upfront about all of the costs for living here. 2. Within 2 weeks of moving in, we had a new backsplash installed by the Management, free of charge. It is a beautiful White Subway tile. 3. The building is very Pet-Friendly, and I enjoy seeing all of the dogs walking around.

We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us!
I absolutely love everything about living in Red 20. I moved in a couple months ago and have zero complaints. Our apartment was clean and flawless when we moved in and we have plenty of space in a two bedroom. My roommate and I utilize the community spaces quite a bit which are beautiful; both to play pool and for Bachelor Monday's. The residents here are very nice and respectful. I absolutely love the amount of dogs in the building, I get my puppy love every time I enter the elevator. The new community manager, Shane, is very welcoming, organized, and friendly. The neighborhood itself has tons to do and explore; good entertainment and great restaurants.

Thank you for such a positive review. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. Have a great day!
Red 20 is a great new building in Northeast Minneapolis. I live with my girllfriend and 2 dogs and we have plenty of space in a 1 bedroom. The amenities are beautiful and top of the line. The staff is very responsive and truly care about getting to know the residents. Everything you need is walking distance as well; grocery, liquor store, and great bar and restaurants.
Red 20 is in a great location - surrounded by a diverse group of restaurants (casual, fancy, quick, unique, etc.) and easy to get around (close to public transportation plus easy parking). There are many building amenities and there is a true sense of community with the neighbors!
