Property Ratings at Red Mill Apartments
My roommate and I moved here back in June of 2020. We were really impressed by the updated unit and how quiet the complex seemed when we first got here. Not long after moving, we had a family move in above us and ever since we haven’t had a decent night sleep. The walls are paper thin so you will hear your upstairs neighbors and any neighbors across the hall. There are lots of children living in the complex so we constantly hear running, jumping, fallings, screaming and crying. Any time we have a maintenance issue, the problem takes up to 2 weeks to be resolved. The heating is TERRIBLE. We have had our thermostat turned up to 80 and we’re still freezing. The price is the only good thing about this apartment- but as they say, you get what you pay for.
