I lived at Redwood for three years and had no issues. I truly enjoyed my stay and the staff were very nice from applying to moving out. Really just wish they had more amenities. They’re charging rent prices and have nothing special to offer.

Could be better, could be worse.
We have lived here for 3 years and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. It’s in an ideal location and the units are nice. Maintenance is very responsive. The property manager is not very responsive and has been rude on multiple occasions. It’s very expensive and they will find any reason to hand out additional fines. Water hose not on a holder? That’ll be $100. Blinds bent? Expect a letter threatening eviction if not replaced in 3 days.

Private home feel
I love that no neighbors are above or below me so I don’t hear anyone or have to worry about anyone hearing me. The next door neighbors’ noise is very minimal, which helps give it that single home feel! Everything is in great shape when you move in and if not, or if something happens later, they come fix it right away. Maintenance and staff are very friendly, as are residents. I love the abundant wildlife here and the close proximity to highway, shopping and dining. They have community events here which make it so enjoyable and gives all a chance to meet neighbors. The back patio and all rooms are nice sized so I never feel cramped for space. Storage is also abundant. The attached garages are something very hard to find if that’s important to you. The only drawbacks I’ve noticed are we need more visitor parking areas and also it’s be nice to have bike paths instead of just walking path. Also, it’s a bit pricey compared to other rentals, especially mine as it doesn’t have updated counters or appliances. It’s beautiful and peaceful and I’ve always felt safe here. I love all the dogs walking their humans around as it makes for a happy environment. I recommend living here for sure.

Don't rent Here
I'm not happy here, for the amount of rent I'm paying its not worth it. Example you are on a single floor plan and you can here the next apartment, ever here of sound proofing the walls, can here them when they close their cabinet doors. When the furnace comes on I can here it, not to mention what they are listening to. When the furnace comes on in my apartment it is so loud. Yes, I've talk to the rental office and they know about said they would sent someone out, been three months. It not worth the money I'm spending. Think twice before renting here.

It Can't Get Better!!!!!!!
I lived here for about one month before moving. I loved it! The neighbors and staff are really friendly. You can also go on a walk peacefully without any disturbance. They recently just had a little gathering for the fall equinox near one of their gazebos. Some people come here to look at the school ratings and they are fantastic. Well, that's what my daughter always says when she returns from school. Overall, nice town-home, condo-like community!

Condo like living without the fees!
My wife and I moved into our brand new apartment almost a year ago. We both love that it's a ranch style apartment because nobody is above you. Also, the builders placed extra insulation between the units so you can barely hear your neighbors. This also helps in your heating and cooling bills. Everything in the apartment is perfect from the updated appliances to the 2 car attached garage. The residents are very friendly and can be seen walking on the paths around the complex. Being in Canal Winchester, we are near everything from shopping to restaurants. We just renewed our lease and plan on staying here for a long time.
