Great neighborhood! Redwood Dublin has been a great place to live. It's quiet, the people are friendly, and the apartments are huge! Any service requests were handled right away, and the staff were always helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience I would have kept living here if I wasn't focused on buying a house. Holly and the management team are awesome and take care of pretty much everything you would need as a resident. You don't have to worry about any of the typical issues one might face with a landlord/property management company.

Best apartment Our couple lived at Redwood Dublin for 2 years until we had to move for our new home. Honestly, hands down it is the best apartment and neighborhood! The apartment itself is spacious and it has a quiet neighborhood and most importantly fast maintenance!!! We highly recommend this place!!

PJ gets 10 stars for kindness The issue has not been taken care of but PJ gets 10 starts for listening to my story of woooooo! Strong smells of cooking is coming in my master bathroom and bedroom vent starting between 5-6 pm and I can still smell up to 10 pm. Laying in bed the smells drifts down in the face. Bathroom fan can’t take it all out!! My clean clothes in bathroom open closet smelling like cooking. Don’t blame the neighbors as they have to eat but my guess is their vents aren’t taking the smells outside. Maybe not connected to outside vent?? Every night my master bathroom and bedroom smell like Worcestershire sauce ?? and or meat cooking or being fried. Before anyone moved in next door no food smells. Apt empty a month before they moved in… no smells. The college kids that lived there the year before cooked a few times a week and I could smell their food But not every night like now. Okay you get the idea.. not fun my home smelling like the same cooking every night when I’m trying to sleep. Thank you PJ for your sweet kindness in listening to what I was saying but not sure if the neighbors vents were ever checked to see if they are properly vented outside or heating ducts are sealed to keep smells from coming into my apartment. The master bedroom / Bathroom area are the only sections of the apartment affected. Most sincerely, Carol Dotson!! I appreciate Holly, Susan and all the maintenance crew!! I truly feel so lucky to have found and secured a place at Redwood Dublin. First off, the leasing process was great. Susan and Holly are amazing! They were so friendly and patient through the leasing process. The day my lease began, Holly escorted me to my home and walked me through important things to know. It was very informative. Any questions I came with were already answered before I even asked. The home is just WOW! I cannot believe how good it looked as soon as I walked in! I have leased for over 20 years and I have never walked into a previously rented place that is in the condition that this is. It is impeccable. You can tell that Redwood takes pride in keeping this property looking nice, inside and out. I’ve only been here a couple days but it’s very quiet. These units are built well. I haven’t heard neighbors, cars outside, etc. So far, so good. I already feel at home!

My wife and I are moving to Dublin for my job and the relocation had to happen very fast. Redwood has been incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating through the entire process. The unit is clean, very modern, and has enough room for our puppy to explore and play. I would recommend Redwood Dublin if you are looking for a quality townhouse without getting gouged on rent prices.

I had to make a quick decision to downsize my current home and to move my father, who is in a skilled nursing facility. I am so happy I found Redwood Dublin. I did a self-guided tour and loved the model that I saw. I then called to get more information and I was greeted with a very friendly person on the other end ready to give me all of the information I needed to make a quick decision and visit the property. I spoke with Susan on the phone and met with Holly in person and they expedited my request to see another layout quickly. Holly and Susan were not only professional and welcoming, but also compassionate with what I am going through with my father. Redwood Dublin has everything I need to take care of him. I am most grateful for the fact that there are no steps from the garage or into the front door, which is a great safety measure when caring for an aging parent. I love this community and I’m so grateful for a wonderful staff who welcomed me with open arms.

A perfectly delightful place to reside. The apartment was well laid out and roomy. An exceptional kitchen for room for everything. Wish our stay had been longer. Almost forgot, the staff are outstanding. Thanks for the memories.

PJ repaired the sink stopper in the guest bathroom. It was not working correctly and it was leaking below it.

We love living here! Empty nesters who thought we should try downsizing before buying another home. Apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. So quiet. Maintenance arrives within hours of issue being reported. Very nicely maintained neighborhood. Excellent and friendly staff. Plenty of common areas to walk pets.

Landscaping is a joke, snow removal nonexistent until it starts to melt, two days without electricity, residents to change batteries in smoke alarms assuming you have a 15foot ladder, insulation is a joke apartment always cold, cheap floor covering is difficult to clean, they did not clean the floors from construction dirt prior to moving in. Much too expensive for barracks type living. Local Management is great at sending out blanket violation notices making everyone a feel like bad person. Fantastic renewal terms $10 to $25 per month reduction ugh.

So far I have absolutely loved living here! We moved in during construction and I was pleasantly surprised how much construction did not affect my day-to-day living. I never heard any loud crashes or pounding and my building was one of the first to be completed. The driving areas are well kept and we have not had any issues with construction, you really can’t beat living in a brand new apartment so we chose to move-in while they are in construction and we definitely don’t regret it! They weren’t lying when they said built in peace in quiet! I also have a puppy in which I was nervous about not having enough walking space, but there is plenty and pet stations throughout. One thing I love most about my apartment is the spacious patio off the front of the house, I don’t enjoy much more than waking up to having a cup of coffee on my front porch, that is covered so I’m spared by the sun & rain! Overall it has been an enjoyable experience and the leasing and maintenance team does an exceptional job taking care of their residents. I’ve only had two minor things that needed adjusted in the apartment home and they both were fixed within hours of submitting the work order! That NEVER happened at my old apartment!! Definitely happy I moved and mostly where I moved to!

I just moved in to Hayden's Crossing, after shopping all the other communities around Dublin and Hilliard, this lay out is more like a home, especially with the two car ATTACHED garages. The staff was so helpful and genuine. I will say I was shocked to read the previous reviews, I can say that I will suggest to anyone I talk to who is in need of an exceptional apartment home, to come move to Hayden's Crossing.

They are new.. I was the first to live in mine. Here is what is good.. The interior is very nice.. Looking.. Here is all the bad things: 1. The office and corporate office are worthless 2. There is stagnant water all around after a heavy rain.. (Think knee deep) 3. when it is dry it's a constant outdoor dust storm from all the lack of grass 4. The builders park there trucks blocking the only way in or out of the complex. 5. There is no security, kids drive around and party in the empty houses. (Can't blame them, and have thought about joining them, at least than i would feel like i was getting something) 6. There is no security, other people drive around and break into cars and steal things.. 7. The garage is smaller in the actual places than the model.. 8. The driveway is shorter and narrower than the model, you can't put two cars in either the garage or the driveway without driving on the mud.. 9. The Policy is to keep your garbage cans in your garage, but you can't do that and fit in a midsized car.. 10. You are locked to ATT cable which makes TWC look like a bargain.. 11. The pond does not have a sprinkler or anything else to keep the water moving, so you just get a lot of mosquito's 12. There are Metal strips buried in the dirt by the pond that has caused dogs to become injured, and while it has been reported to the complex on multiple attempts the complex does nothing to help.. (My neighbor had to walk around with a metal detector and pick them up himself) 13. When it snows, they don't shovel anything until 4:00 just in time for you to wait for them to finish while you are on your way home from work.. (have added an hour to my 9mi commute) 14. The Rent is astronomically high, which should come with something, you get nothing, no pool, no common area, no green space, no parks, no grass anywhere, accept by the office.. the rest is weeds knee deep.. 15. They had the audacity to put signs up indicating you can't roller-blade in the community, which has zero path's to do any workout, aside from the sidewalk with the weeds surrounding you with mosquito's.. 16. They jacked the rent after the 1st year, it's now 150.00 more a month than it was when i moved in, they promised a lot.. they have come through with nothing.. Look at Asherton of dublin.. Way better.. Cheaper.. and nicer all around.. Also two of the 5 star reviews are from the two employee's that work and live here..

ive been here almost a year, very poorly maintained, a/c never works repaired 6 times, water leaks ruined bath room, paying top dollar for scratch and dent cabinets, trim work too much to list. most importantly this is not pet friendly grounds my dogs foot was stabbed by metal spikes got infected cost me over $700.00 in vet bills, I found about 70 spikes and nails lying in grass and corporate office said will only pay $71.00 they take no RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

Complex is very poorly maintained. We moved in while our home was being built and liked how new everything was. Only to soon find out all the shiny new stuff is a cheap covering. There was still no grass after living there for 6 months. This company holds themselves to a very low standard on what is exceptable for the the amount people are paying. They seeded half the complex and sodded the other half. I was very happy once we finally moved into our home that was built by a reputable company. This company will not be around for long if they don't step it up.

I moved in 6 months ago and have enjoyed it here so far. I have rented at several different apartment communities, and nothing compares to Redwood. I usually look at the kitchen first and that sold me right away, but even better was the attached garage. No more scraping my car in these awful winters! I have a 2 bed/2bath that allows for my friends to come over and stay. The other plus is that they are pet friendly to my 2 fur babies. Most other places do not allow more than 1 pet and charge a lot, so this has been nice. The staff is always friendly and was helpful during my move. If you are looking for an apartment I would highly recommend Hayden's Crossing as they give you more of a condo feel unlike some of the other places I have lived at that have a tight cramped space with bad parking and neighbors above or below you where you can hear everything.

Haydens Crossing is a great apartment community, depending on what you're looking for. If you're looking for an open living space, huge rooms, two car attached garage (which is very rare in rentals, and a community feel, nothing compares to Redwood. The other reviews are right about construction and landscape but it's pretty obvious when you pull up and see the construction - I don't believe Redwood is hiding anything about the construction. My home has seeded grass and it's fine for what it is. If you've built a home before, it's the same as that. In about 2 months, everything will be covered with snow anyways! I'm allowed to have 3 pets there (again, another rarity in the rental business), the homes are smoke free, and everything is brand new! I love it!

The apartments are very nice on the inside. However they made the poor choice of moving residents in before they finished building. Constant mud and dirt everywhere, landscaping is poorly maintained, loud machinery at all hours, streets regularly blocked so guests can't get out. Had I known we would have been moving into a construction zone we would have never signed a lease. Keep that in mind before you sign because they won't tell you they are still building. They allow you to believe it will be "finished" when you move in. I think it will be a very nice place to live in about a year, after they have finished all the building.
