Great experience Redwood Wallen road location is awesome! Everything so close & convenient. The community is kept up extremely well & it’s a nice & quiet community as well. Kristina is fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about her. She is so pleasant & friendly; very helpful & professional. Jason & the maintenance crew are awesome & very responsive. I will miss living there but highly recommend others to check it out!

Over priced place that tries to nickel and dime you on move out charges. maintenance is slow to fix anything and if they do its a horrible job, or simply do nothing. Watch out upon move out they will make up damages to get money from you. Don't waste your time trying to reach out to management, they will never answer your calls.

Extremely expensive, over promise and under deliver. A bunch of hidden fees, they plowed my driveway in repeatedly all winter. Cheaply made apartments that look good upon first glance and more and more issues arise the longer you stay with them. Don't hold heat nor cold, paying way too much to heat and cool the place. Cheap flat paint on the walls that smudge with fingerprints immediately, peeling up linoleum In kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of hidden fees especially with water charges, so read the fine print. Location is nice and being single story is great though.
Been living here for about 2 years, there are definitely things that are great like single level,2 car attached garage but slowly you will see it is not a good value. First the entire place is painted with the absolute worst cheap flat paint. If you even look at this paint it smudges and scratches. Had to have my kitchen and bathroom floors replaced due to crummy materials and poor install. I continually have cracks forming in the walls(they always say the building is settling). I even have nail pops in my drywall nail pops!!! Who uses nails for drywall. Builders grade crappy appliances ,no ice maker!! For what they charge for rents you should have more premium finishes. The countertops are ugly and cheap. No washer and dryer just hookups. Cheap ugly aluminum blinds. The curbside recycling is very nice. Now the complex is starting to charge for water,but there are no water meters installed for individual apartments, they divide the water bill by the number of units and charge it on your rent.. I am currently checking into the legality of this. My water bill here is more than when I owned my home. It is an OK place to live nothing special and certainly not worth what they charge.
You have got to be kidding. Who would pay that kind of money for cheap paint, thin walls, stupid rules? Not kid friendly. I would live in a cramped apartment before putting up with these people.
We love living at Atrium Village. Our apartment is large and we love that we don't have to do maintenance. The staff is really nice and very responsive.
I lived there over a year and desperately waiting until my lease is up. It is not quiet so don't fall for the spiel they give you. You can hear your neighbors television through the walls. If you have kids, look elsewhere - they don't allow kids to play outside. When there was a boy riding his bike the very next day they put a notice on the boys parents window and a sign up that said no bike riding. Want to decorate? Nope, can't do that either. No christmas reefs on the doors or any flowers outside. It usually takes them about 1 hour before you have a notice on your window asking you to remove something as simple as a flower pot. The paint is cheap. You accidentally touch it and it looks terrible. The floors are super cheap. Bowing occurs as a result of their cheapness as mentioned before.
I've lived at Atrium Village for almost a year. My apartment is over 1300 square feet and is very quiet! I never hear my neighbors. Occasionally I hear the construction, but that's the price you pay when you live in a brand new community. The office staff is very friendly as well. My electric and gas bills are always very reasonable. I pay around $90 a month for gas and electric COMBINED. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.
Brand new townhouses but build very very poorly. Linolium flooring already bowing up, door handles get stuck at least once a week (locking mechinism the cause). Walls are painted in a FLAT paint. Why you would use FLAT paint is beyond my realm of thinking especially for an appt. Every time you touch a wall it leaves a smudge. Doors are not sealed properly expecially garage. Garage door is quiet but takes forever to open. Door frames not built properly to handle humidity. Pet friendly yet has white carpet. Construction trucks constantly getting dirt and mud on anything parked outside.
