Excellent move-in experience! We just moved into Redwood Noblesville Webster Drive. Mary and her team were great to work with and made the transition very easy for us. We had to change the time of our appointment to get keys and do a walk through and Mary was very flexible and accommodating. The apartment was in excellent move-in condition and suits our needs perfectly. So far it has been very quiet there and we like all the sidewalks and green spaces to walk our dog.

Webster Drive - amazing We are an older couple downsizing. Webster Dr. was more like a home.

Truly a Great place and Great folks No joking when I say this location is a place that is very peaceful. We spoke with a few tenets and they agreed. Management seems very good and available to their tenets.

was pleasantly surprised looking at the Redwood product at Templeton Ridge. The apartments felt roomier than the square footage. Loved the openness and the higher ceilings. Really liked the flooring and the possibility of a 2-car garage. Felt the location was very desirable with easy access to many amenities. The feeling of an apartment home by being all on the main floor was satisfying.

we have looked several times at this location. each time Eric has been happy to see us and now calls us both my husband and I by our first names. we are just trying to decide on which unit we are interested in. I of course know what i want im just trying to bring my husband along.....

We are happy to find this new type of apartment complex! I appreciate that they are all one story with attached garages! This is not your typical apartment complex with a high number of neighbors. The new high quality finishes and size was just what I was looking for. Its a great location too! Lisa and Eric, in the leasing office, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our tight deadline.

We have not moved in just yet, but my daughter and I are very excited to be doing so shortly. Finalizing our decision for a place to call home while moving from Texas, has been stressful for sure. But the main leasing agent we worked with, Eric, has been very professional, pleasant and amicable with assisting us with our many times viewing and being fickle with our decision! Overall the townhome is lovely and neighborhood seems to be a quiet and soon to be beautiful area (once they are done with landscaping). Looking forward to moving in!

My family and I are, have a difficult transition to make in our lives, due to health changes, and the process we have experienced form start to finish was perfect. I really needed a stress free experience. We interfaced with three property representatives, and all were inviting, professional and informative all the way along. They provided immediate response to all our questions. The property though completing construction, is very well kept. No debris in the drives or lanes. The lots are free from refuse. Looks like just a few units are having last minute touches and then some landscaping. So, move in ready! I feel like this is going to be HOME for us immediately. My husband and I toured Templeton Ridge after seeing the community on Apartments.com. The property is well-kept and quiet, while being close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and shops. Eric was very pleasant and helpful, answering all of our questions and providing us with excellent information. The leasing office is located in a floor plan they offer, so it is easy to imagine where you'd put all your own furniture and decorations before stepping foot into an empty unit. The floor plans are spacious with beautiful finishes and design choices. We are especially excited about the unit being all 1 level, which will make it much easier on us and our dogs to get around.

We moved into Templeton Ridge in February and couldn't be happier. Eric, the office manager at Templeton Ridge helped us through every process of the move. We'd like to thank him, especially, from all of or family. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and full of charm. The Community already feels like home, and is quiet, yet friendly. The convenience of being close to shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment, makes it the perfect location. Having a 2-car garage and patio is an added plus. We would recommend Templeton Ridge to everyone.

We went to Templeton Ridge to look at apartment homes and loved how spacious and open the homes were. Maggie was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us in answering all of our questions. We arrived close to closing time and she didn’t make us feel rushed, she took her time and made sure we had all the information needed to make a decision. Thanks Maggie!

I moved to Indiana from Connecticut 11 months ago. My daughter took me around to look at apartments. As soon as I saw Templeton Ridge by Redwood, I was hooked, and I am not disappointed. My apartment is ideal for me. I love the 2-car garage......I can carry my groceries from the garage right into my kitchen. No stairs! Also love the pantry, the large walk-in closet, the granite counter tops and island, and the walk-in shower. The apartments are centrally located near grocery stores and restaurants which is ideal. I saved the best part for last. All the apartments are on one floor.......no one above me. Affardable too!

Moved in several months ago and love it!! Community management has been very responsive and helpful. Snow removal has been great. The floor plan is perfect. Brand new construction! Quiet neighborhood and friendly residents. Home sweet home!!
