North Canton is a small suburban city on the north side of Canton and about fifteen miles south of Akron. The majority of the city is covered by suburban neighborhoods, with the local rental market offering a healthy mix of affordable apartments and single-family homes.

Beyond my expectations I must say, this place exceeded all my expectations. The modern living space and outstanding customer service were exceptional. So happy with our new apartment! We’re so pleased with this apartment. It’s so spacious and we love the high ceilings! Karol and Heather have been so helpful through the whole process. Redwood Apartments We enjoyed living at Redwood apartments very much. The office staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever had a maintenance need, they responded very quickly and were always friendly and helpful. I very much recommend the Redwood Neighborhood apartments in North Canton. I felt the apartment was spacious, clean and had a wonderful kitchen and nice appluances. I also loved the dog washing station. That was such a big help since I have a bad back! If we ever had need to move to an apartment I would not hesitate to make Redwood apartments our home again.

Called the service center Monday night about 10pm and told them my refridgerator was not working properly, they called me and said they would fix or replace and by 11 am Tuesday I had a working refridgerator. They were fantastic!!

A great place to live. You can get to Akron,Canton or Cleveland being by the interstate I77. The staff at Mt Pleasant Redwood was very nice and would address any of your concerns in a timely matter. Highly recommend.

I’ve been living in the North Canton Community for a year and have been well pleased. The office staff are professional, responsive and prompt. Initially my fridge was not working and within 3 hours, I had a new one delivered and installed. The maintenance department does a good job at maintaining the property and keeping things clean. The landscaping is well maintained during the summer months. The only negative I have experienced in a year was if you flat tires due to new construction. Karol and the rest of the staff are personal, friendly and easy to work with. I will be renewing my lease for another term. I love that I can take my pet on a walk and feel safe in my surroundings.
