All work completed quickly Kitchen sink was draining slowly. Work was done same day the maintenance ticket was submitted. No mess was left behind after work was completed.

We have been with Redwood Neighborhoods since 2013. Property manager has always been professional, helpful, courteous and friendly, solves any issues quickly. The maintenance staff is always respectful of your property when working in your apartment and responds quickly to maintenance needs. Would recommend Redwood to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Matt is always professional, courteous, respectful of property when working inside the apartment. Explains what the problem is and how he’s going to fix it. Maintenance requests have always been completed the same day.

The maintenance here is the best I have experienced in any complex I have lived in before. We had a backed up kitchen sink that happened rather suddenly in the evening before Christmas. One call to the after hours maintenance and we had response in about 30 minutes. The problem was resolved within an hour and no problems since. Thank you!

We moved in to an apartment here after 35 years of home ownership. Superior, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff! The property manager Jackie, and the maintenance crew Chris, have bent over backwards to help us make the transition . Water heater started leaking and was replaced within 24 hrs! Same with the dripping faucet! Very happy with our choice of new homes.

When apartment hunting, it is very important to understand one’s needs - my primary ones are accessibility and financial (two things that are very difficult to meld - even Spock would be challenged), moving to the Arbors of Olmsted (a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio) answered a lot of difficult questions. We were delighted to find The Arbors of Olmsted, an apartment complex with individual entrances allowing for your apartment to have very home-like feel, and with attached garages (we chose the two car garage model). The kitchen is quite large with tons of storage (and a utility closet as well as a pantry!), and the master bedroom is so large that I was able - with an inspired use of bookcases - section part of it off to create a workspace. Adding to the ’homey’ feel, the apartments have good sized patios that feel quite private. Though in a residential area, the Arbors of Olmsted is located near a major highway so access to downtown Cleveland, and area suburbs, is easy. The rent is in the $1,000 range, but my sister and I realized that by sharing we could handle the rent .. individually we could not enjoy all the amenities (including the in-suite washer and dryer .. yeah!) that come with our apartment anywhere else. One bit of advice that I would offer anyone looking for apartment complexes is that over the years the concept of pet-friendly has become more the standard for modern complexes . . if you are not a pet person - and don’t plan on becoming one - this might be an adjustment for you (not everyone is a responsible dog owner, and there can be issues along those lines) .. but like anything else, you have to weigh the pros and cons. And always turn to Apartments.com!!
