Redwood was great! Redwood Wadsworth was a great home for myself and my boyfriend! We knew we’d be house hunting in Wadsworth and wanted an apartment in the interim. We loved our time there! Maintenance was great, neighborhood was friendly and well kept and we loved being in a modern two-bedroom with a garage for space and convenience. Thanks for making our time there easy and comfortable!

As usual, Matt was fantastic! Fixed my 2 issues very quickly. And, in doing so, he did it with a smile on his face. He actually made my shelves in the master bedroom closet more sturdy than they were when I initially moved into my apartment. Matt goes about his job displaying an attitude of REALLY LIKING HIS JOB. In this day and age that is wonderful to see. I am VERY SATISFIED renting at Redwood Apartments in Wadsworth. Thank you!!!

Management is horrible! Management is rude to you. I called to complain about the one road in or out being blocked and got laughed at. They never give notice on maintenance in the neighborhood. If you do get a notice it's vague with no dates or times. They don't do a good job at removing snow, mowing the grass, or spray for bugs. All things they are supposed to do for the extreme amount of rent they ask for. We have never been late on rent once but got calls on the fourth about rent being late when it's not even technically late until the 5th !!! Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. You will save a lot of money and frustration.
