The Redwood Manager was very prompt and professional. The maintenance personnel was very effective explaining things and the redwood manager answered all of our questions. The walkthrough was well timed and things were explained on who we call what what issues or questions!

maintenance returned my call right away and explain what I need to do and came to reset and give duplicate garage opener. The same thing with the Manager (April) called back even on a saturday. Courteous and prompt.

We're evaluating several housing options, but even if we don't settle at Redwood, it won't be because the facilities were deficient. The manager who worked with us was very professional, showing us everything we asked about and explaining the terms clearly. The units were clean and ready to move in, the layout of the entire complex was simple and practical, and the staff we spoke to all seemed competent and friendly.

Property is not well managed or maintained. The front of the complex is nice, but as you move to the back, the landscaping and maintenance drops tremendously. I would look to another community.
