I lived there for 28 months, and I couldn't have been happier with the apartment complex of the management team. The apartments are spacious, clean, quite, and the construction is high quality. There is plenty of parking, including reserved carport parking for each unit. The grounds are kept very clean, the landscape is done professionally, and is safe regardless of the time in my opinion. As far as maintenance is concerned, I have never submitted a claim that wasn't fixed by Wes within 24 hours, and the manager, Teri, was very good at giving ample notice before their team needed to enter our apartments for routine maintenance. All in all, I highly recommend this complex if you are looking in the area.

These apartments go for slightly higher than others in the area, but the convenience of the location as well as the appearance make up for it, as well as the amenities. Two major bus lines are easily accessible, as well as various shops within walking distance. Even the older building I am in has been kept up extremely well, and the 1BR I am in is large enough for me and includes a half size washer/dryer setup. Rent is going up everywhere, but I have definetly felt like I have gotten my money's worth here!

I have lived here 2 years and the only complaint I have is my upstairs neighbors. They have 3 children all under 5. They stomp all the time sometimes unto 12am. My manager says there is nothing really she can do. Aside from that they have been amazing to us. Things fixed right away and grounds are clean!
