In the year I stayed here management has switched multiple times and conditions in the apartments were horrendous. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances, please go somewhere else.

Management sucks. Gym is always missing equipment. Scanners take forever to scan. Packages are always misplaced or missing. Maintenance and cleaning is good but they don’t fix half the appliances

Terrible everything sucks do not live here. Too much rent for what u get. Maintenance is rude, security is WEIRD, workers are mean, packages get stolen. So much more furniture is cheap and wood is terrible it breaks.

10 years out of 10 great apartment modern, cozy apartment with great amenities. Convenient location, close to shops and transportation. Responsive management team. Highly recommended!"

It’s a great environment to be in, it’s right by the campus so it’s convenient if you go to Georgia State University. It’s by a bunch of food spots , the pool is nice and I can say so much more !

I didn’t have a window. Horrible rent prices. Management changed way too often. Would never live here again. They honestly don’t even care about making the place a better living community because I’m literally getting charged $140 more than my rent was supposed to be and somehow I’m living in a little jail cell with no window. It has been the most depressing and anxiety inducing year of my life living here .

I love the community here at reflection. It's basically a brand new building with everything you need from entertainment to city views. I would recommend it for any student looking for housing.

loved the building and the amenities very quiet and clean the space is lovely full students and furnished. People are friendly and respectful and it’s safe

Friendly staff, amazing community, terrific amenities & an amazing view for most !! The application process was very simple, your guides were very helpful & move in was simple !!

The rent is too expensive for the amenities you are receiving. Although they try to keep the place clean, they do not replace any of the gym equipment. For example they are missing the 20s and 30s and a bunch of the yoga mats and they do nothing to replace those. Also the mail room is never open and even if your package does arrive the front desk takes it before it can go in the mail room and then we never get a code for it anyways. Receptionist always have an attitude if we have a simple question and their renewal rates are more expensive than the current rates , and the pool is disgusting and we told maintenance and management that our door doesn’t lock properly multiple times and all they do is unscrew it and screw it back in. We also sent an request that dishwasher was rusting before we even moved in and they come in mock us and our request and say that oh the dishwasher isn’t rusting and then they leave without fixing it

It’s okay. I don’t like that we can’t call for noise complaints at night, after hour lockouts are $75, people shouldn’t be charged on their first occurrence. Besides that, mostly everything is good.

Nice apartments, super friendly staff, be careful with lease renewals though. I wish the area was safer but its only a block from classes at GSU.

Such a nice place, so many amenities to use just makes me so happy to know i am going to live there!! Amazing how apartments are fully finished as well!

Very loud at times, but some nice people. Front desk workers are very nice. Matinence is very slow. Pool is nice as well as gaming room. Hard to find packages.

It's been a good experience overall, nice amenities and pretty good security. The rooms and private bathrooms have been nice as well. I enjoy my balcony view too.

Good location and nice facilities, but the amenities and common areas of the building are not very maintained. You'll often have to dig through a disorganized mail room for your packages, and several benches in the fitness center are missing parts.

So far I have loved the staff and building all around I rarely run into any inconveniences. Every time I have an question it’s easy to get in contact with someone to answer or help.

Nice place to live, wish it had a vending machine in building though. Mailroom and packages may have some kinks in the system as packages aren’t always where they’re supposed to be. Cool amenities though for sure

great facilities with an amazing view. Rent is a little high but overall it’s a 5 star property. It’s very near the GSu campus which is very important for me.

Been here for 2 years almost and I can’t complain about much! Definitely a great place to stay as college student and in anvery convenient area ! Hope I can stay here until I graduate!

Great building, very modern. The amenities are also very nice and the gym has super modern equipment. I have lived here since august and have no complaints.

My time here has been good considering I am a student at Georgia state and the location is extremely convenient. Although the area is not the safest at times, its very helpful to be in the middle of the campus. I haven't had any severe issues other than the shower acting weird at times. Also the maintenance is really slow if you need help.

I enjoy the location and the parking. So far I have had no issues living here, and I love the gym and the pool. It was a great choice to live here.

It started off rough but it home now! I’ve enjoyed my neighbors and staff .. My roommate and I have grown up here together. We came as sophomores and now we are in our last year!

It was okay. It was more fun when the building first opened, they hosted more events at the amenities and gave us more free food. Now it is not as fun and whenever there is food it is only a small amount so it runs out fast.

i love reflection! always so clean and nice looking. the staff are amazing and always helpful. i love the view from my balcony! so much better and so much more worth it than gsu housing.

Apartment community is great! Everyone is always so kind in the elevators and even while just passing by. Definitely really nice to have an apartment filled with college students.

The amenities are nice and the upkeep of the complex is good. But, my apartment was not fully inspected before leasing it to me. If it was fully inspected, then maintenance would have known that my main light doesn’t work. Besides that, the apartment complex overall is good.

the management switching caused problems but other than that, elevators and facilities are nice and easy to use. rent is high but worth it, but expect a hundred dollars every month for rent because random charges will be added

Everything’s fine except at night the pool projector stays on and shines really bright through my window. I love that it’s pet friendly and my apartment layout is cute.

Overall, I haven’t had many problems. The only complaints I have is the water not being hot all the time, water cutting off at random times and the wifi going out causing interruptions

Not maintained well. Take forever for maintenance requests to be fulfilled. Not very secure. Very loud and inconsiderate people. Would not really recommended.

Very clean environment. Apartment was spacious and amenities were nice. The apartment is located within walking distance of Georgia State University.

The building is new and the amenities are very nice. The furniture is cheaply made, and the elevators will randomly drop. It is also an extremely unsafe area. Considering the things I mentioned, rent is way too expensive.

It’s been okay… all the water fountains filter’s haven’t been changed in months and the light is red. Depending on what floor you’re on it can have a looming smell of weed. Plus they keep changing management in the leasing office.

The apartment managers are not reliable and will loose paperwork. The staff and security guards do not care about safety and who is entering the building.

Reflections Student Living is a very modern style apartment building which i love. There is lots of natural lights and lots of room as well!

This residence has great service, great staff, fast work inquiry conclusions, and great security. Safe environment for anyone to enjoy here in downtown Atlanta, GA.

I love the amenities, and my view is amazing. The only thing I would love even more is if there was a Cafe or vending machines of some sort.

Very nice, wish the staff was more friendly. But I love the environment I love that I have multiple places I can study and practice for classes

This apartment has nice amenities and maintenance seems to arrive quickly if there are any issues. Certain maintenance requests take longer than others to be fixed though.

I have been living here for over a year and truthfully I have enjoyed it. My apartment is very nice and spacious with a great view. If I had to give any problems, it would definitely be the wifi. Single digits has been awful pretty much the entire time I have been here and whenever I contact them, they are pretty much no help. I actually have been unable to use the resident wifi for almost 2 months. Other than that everything is great!

I haven’t had any problems and love my apartment. Maintenance has come quickly when we’ve submitted requests and they are always fixed in a timely manner

this apartment complex is nice with new amenities but a lot of them don’t work which is unfortunate. Also, my friends and I moved into the apartment with some broken or almost broken things and when we called maintenance they fixed it and then charged us. I think that is unnecessary as it was in that condition when we moved in.

Beautiful building, but had a flood, fire, multiple pipes bursting & staff is RUDE. Multiple car nreak ins in both garages. Stay in the GSU dorms - Reflection is not worth the hassle with incompetent employees and constant billing issues. Is a new, clean building with lots of issues.

Place smells like garbage, break ins, unprofessional staff, terrible wifi, days without running water, too many things to list.

Honestly, I wish 0 stars was an option. This is probably the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Unprofessionalism from management, property staff, security and maintenance. Parking garages are unsafe and the security that watches over it is almost always asleep in their car. The building was built so fast and made with the cheapest materials. Elevators break down once a week. No wifi, i had to purchase my own router in order to do schoolwork. The water smells like a swimming pool and I brush my teeth with bottled water now. Security is never at the front desk and they’re always smoking outside. The maintenance and security bust into our apartments unannounced and as a female living with another female, we don’t feel safe knowing they can come into our rooms without notice whenever they want. Everything about this place is a red flag. Do NOT live here.

Poor construction, poor roommate placement, poor management. The "secure" parking garage has a gate that's always broken, there has been flooding in multiple areas of building, and the wifi doesn't work at all.
