Property Ratings at Reflection Cove Apartments
I’m not sure which is worse the rude neighbors or the staff that refuses to do anything. Have a problem with your neighbor for months and you show the community manager videos of the issue? You get written up. Need something fixed? Be prepared to clean up dirt, debris, and trash left over by the maintenance team. Want to work out at the gym? Better not be a fat or the women will give you looks of disgust. Or have the local gym bro do one rep and then move to the machine you were working out on. Want to swim at the pool? Be prepared to dodge unsupervised children as their parents drink and vape. Want to go for a walk at night? Well there isn’t a sidewalk around the property. Along with that the parking lot is barely lit and is riddled with pot holes. I hope you have strong ankles. Want to go for a walk during the day? Prepare to smell marijuana for your entire walk. If you’re lucky the neighbors won’t swerve towards you and make you jump into the grass. Were repairs promised before you moved in? Don’t worry they canned that guy and no one knows about things that should have been fixed. Want to park by your apartment on the weekend? You will have to park a few buildings down because of the parties. Hopefully it isn’t icy that day.
When we moved in, the apartment was not clean at all. I spent an entire weekend cleaning it before I moved in, not to mention there was a leak next door which caused move in to be delayed because there was water coming through the floor boards. We lived there for a year and the management and maintenance were great! Then new management took over and we moved out… my roommates and I spent an entire weekend making sure everything was spotless. And trust me, it was spotless. But apparently we were charged for stains on the carpet (there were no stains), “excessively dirty” oven (which is hilarious because the oven was disgusting when I moved in. Not to mention behind the oven was a dirty knife, broken glass, old food crumbs everywhere. Gross.), dirty fridge vent, the master bathroom floor was so dirty when I wiped it with a paper towel, it was black with dirt, and the vent in the utility closet was COVERED in dust so clearly the filter was never changed. So I have no idea why they would charge us for “excessively dirty” anything when it was disgusting when we moved in. And like I said, the place was cleaned thoroughly when we moved out. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I recently moved into a one bedroom lake view apartment at Reflection Cove and could not be happier with my experience so far. It is well worth the price. The rooms use their square footage extremely well, with open kitchens and spacious living/dining room areas. Updated interiors and a comfortable environment make for a perfect home. So far, the service has been extraordinary, and I am confident that will continue for the rest of my stay.
Warning.... this the worst management you could deal with . They steal your deposit, it’s rip off, just for few scratches and paintings by the kids they took the whole deposit 850$. They take 500$ for transfer fee if you move to different apartment before end of your lease. They have no respect to their residents. I lived there for 5 years because my family likes the location. They are very expensive and they treat you as cash cow. Money is all what they care about. Worst people you could deal with.
Pros - great location - walmart , costco, SAMs just within 1.5 mile. Many good restaurants close by. The renovated Apptmnts are nice Cons -maintenance is average .
This community is quite peaceful. It's surrounded by trees an active creek, a fishing lake and nice landscaping plus an adjacent large wooded park. I've found the amenities to more than fit my needs. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, the pool is beautiful and feels secluded, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and every shopping need is just up the street!
