Property Ratings at Reflections at Cherry Creek
Yeah, it's an old apartment but the AC works really well and the neighbors are pretty quite. Everyone is respectful of each other. The few things I needed management to take care of at move in happened pretty quickly. Locate is solid and I'm just glad I found something at this price that wasn't north of 225

Hello! We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear our maintenance team keeps our apartments in good condition. We love our community and agree that the location is perfect! Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience better! Sincerely, Reflections at Cherry Creek Team
I lived here for a year. Whenever you move into an apartment here make sure you do some DEEP cleaning. The apartments are old and much of the apartment is original and hasn’t been updated or replaced. Our dishwasher leaked into our neighbors’ apartment because it was 30 years old.... in the winter the complex didnt winterize the pipes so the whole building didn’t have water for a few days. Beware of the windows- they’re extremely old and thin, we always had mold on our windowsills whenever it rained or snowed. There was also a break in in the mailroom which we were notified of but no extra steps were taken to increase security. I had multiple packages stolen throughout the year along with my neighbors. Staff isn’t great, especially the manager- she takes the attitude of “not my problem” and isn’t helpful in these types of situations. The only good experience I had with management/the office is Fischer- he’s very helpful and nice, unlike the manager. One perk was the maintenance guy- he is amazing and comes quickly, he deserves a raise for how often he had to come to my apartment to fix things! Overall I wouldn’t recommend living here, it’s not the safest area and the staff doesn’t take tenant’s concerns or problems seriously. Take your money somewhere else, there’s a reason this place is cheap.
They refuse to take my phone calls. I'm sent right to voicemail. So now that it's summer and 90 degrees outside my dogs are cooking in my apartment while I'm refused service to fix my AC unit. This complex also has the the worst trash system I've ever seen. I constantly have trash in my front door from the complex not maintaining its trash bins, and not having them emptied frequent enough. Also if you have any screens that are damaged or don't stay in the window don't plan on that ever being fixed. It's been 4 years and still no screen for my bedroom window. Also if you want easy money they still don't allow anyone inside. So come by the glass door around the 1st of the month and there's everyone's rent checks unprotected.

Great place to live if you want to live in a disgusting, moldy, mouse infested apartment that has bugs and just floods sometimes. I cannot possible stress how strongly I recommend against moving in here. They are overpriced for the luxury of being infested with every single pest you can think of. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, apartment home here at Reflections and I absolutely love it! The price is affordable, the location is perfect! It is cozy and quiet in those back buildings with the fireplaces.
What a joke... Be a great tenant... Pay your rent on time and see how they treat you.

The apartment complex has poor management and never fixes anything until the most inconvenient times. The tow company used for this company drives around looking for people to tow like it’s a car lot buffet. They want your money and nothing more.

This company does not care about their tenants. Always late to fix anything inside your apartment let alone their own loundry faciliaty. I didn’t pay 30 cents of my rent and they gave me letter concerning the shortage. Not even kidding. Terrible company with awful management. Go elsewhere for the money.

After being on a 15 month lease with these people please take my word when I say you are better off living else where. My roommate and I moved from out of town so we were unable to view the apartment in person, however everything online looked good! Well they make it look good on purpose... but you only have to live there for 1 week and you will find how poorly the complex is run. For starters like any apartment complex we did a first walk through to mark everything wrong with the place. We found things like the kitchen counter was missing a chunk, the mantle on the fireplace was crooked, the power would go out in the bathrooms if you had the light and fan on at the same time so you would have to flip the breaker to get the power back on, the carpets were stained right as you walked in, the guest bathroom bath tub was calked before we moved in and the extra calk was rinsed down the drain clogging the drain, the master bathroom toilet would clog if you tried to flush anything with toilet paper, the ceiling fan in the living room shook so bad we thought it would fall out, all of the outlets are so old and loose your plugs will slide out at the slightest bump, our oven was broken so there was no temperature control it was either on or off. After finding all this we took our list to the leasing office hoping they would fix the issues. A few days went by so we got in touch and the leasing office said in order to get the issues fixed we would need to submit work orders for each individual issue. We now became very frustrated with the leasing office and submitted our work orders. For the oven they told us we were not using it right and that it work fine with out ever sending anyone out. We battled with them resubmitting work orders in a span of 6 month until the finally gave us a hole different oven that wasn't even the same color making the kitchen look even more taking than the dated 70's look it has.
I lived here for 12 months. Before I signed a 12 month lease, I asked if I could rent on a month to month basis without when my lease was up. I was told yes. When the 12 month lease was up, they increased my rent by $200. I asked management about the increase in rent. I was told that if I wanted to rent month to month I had to pay an extra $200 a month, but if I signed a new 6, 12, or 18 month lease I could go back to my previous monthly rate. I was irritated that I wasn't told about their policy of increasing the monthly rent by $200 when a renter completes their lease and begins renting on a month to month basis. Needless to say, I didn't renew my lease, I left. Another complaint I have with the management staff is on one occasion they entered my apartment without prior notice. I walked into my apartment after coming home from work and found a hand written note by the management staff stating that they came into my apartment while I was gone to make sure the garbage disposal was working properly. While I appreciated they let me know they had come into my apartment while I was gone, they should have given me prior notice before entering my apartment. There was also a continual problem with petty theft around the apartment complex. You can't leave things out on your ground level patio or you might come home and find it gone. On one occasion my car was even broken into. When I went to the management office and informed them my car was broken into they weren't concerned about it at all. Their response was "that kind of stuff happens everywhere". Another problem is they rent apartments to a lot of young people who frequently have parties on the weekends. During the summer months in particular there was constant noise problems with tenants throwing parties on their balconies, where they drank, talked, and blasted music late into the night, sometimes until 2am or 3am. To make matters worse, the apartment complex is built around a large parking lot, where the apartment buildings circle around the main parking lot. This creates a sort of amphitheater noise effect. You can easily hear people talking or having parties on their balconies at night all the way across the other side of the parking lot. The only good thing about the apartment complex was it location, which is fairly close to the Denver Tech Center (DTC). The quality of apartments I would say is average. I highly recommend not living here.

My husband and I haved lived here since 2013. We live in bottom 2 bedroom..love our neighbors!! Quiet in our section and I feel safe walking dog at night. No roaches or bedbugs..just occasionl ants and spiders..they spray on request. Maintainece is great and always quick to respond!! Had hot water heater go out in our building..was fixed same day!! My only complaints ..wish they had a workout room that consisted of more than 3 pieces of equipment. This is a huge apt complex..apts are getting pricey my husband is on disability and i am working middle class as are most living here..seems to be consensus with people I have talked to..rising rents are huge concern..
I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I'm so happy with the time I have been here! The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and is more than willing to help! The complex has the BEST location. Close to everything and you can walk/bike to Cherry Creek State Park! I have had very little issues in my apartment and maintenance has always responded quickly, this includes the 2am call I made to them. I couldn't ask for a better apartment or management staff! Thanks for all you do!
This apartment is located in an ideal spot. Most issues are addressed quickly and correctly. Online rent payment is awesome. Office staff is nice and tries to help fast.
They are okay, but just okay. a little dated with low overhead on the lower floors. It has nice space just old finises and old doors. the green paint could stand to go as well. its also all carpeted, like really old carpet. also the windows are really outdated and do not stop draft well at all. which can really suck in the winter months. but the space being good is a plus and the dated is a negative making it just average.
The apartment was clean, but had an odd odor, especially from cigarette smoke, the biggest problem we ever had was the A/C does NOT work at ALL, nothing we tried saying would get them to fix it. Rent used to be affordable, looks like it's about to skyrocket though, as we were looking into renewing our lease, because we didn't want to move, they're not going to renew ANY leases for ANY tenants because they're going to remodel the old units and sell them for $1300 /mo when we've been paying just over $1000/mo. So like I said, nice until the end, more warning would have been very nice.
i love my complex and the unit. The building is very quiet and everyone is very respectful of one another. The staff is friendly and professional and has several activities for the tenents. The grounds are well kept and clean. The pool is great!
I have been here for 3 weeks now. They fumigate to keep bugs out so no bed bugs or roaches. The pool is nice not big but also not busy and it is a quieter era. There are a few loud individuals on Friday night but that is the extreme of it. There is a noise curfew of 10pm and they told me after 10 if someone is too loud call the cops. haven't had to yet because the walls are pretty sound resistant
This is a pretty nice but older community. The noise can travel through the windows a little but the walls seem solid. The management has helped Ina quick fashion for the requests I have made.
The staff is more than friendly, maintenance staff knows exactly what they're doing . The apartments are more on the pricier side considering they have extremely outdated equipment. They are a little too dog friendly seeing as a lot of residents don't pick up after their pets. But signed a 15 month lease and don't regret it!
I've live here over 17 years , apt. site is well maintained , Staff gets my highest praise .I've had excellent help in maintaining my apt. new carpet and paint in the last 7 yrs.
