Property Ratings at Infinity on the Mark
Services paid for are frequently made unavailable. The package locker was unavailable for 3 months and I still had to pay for it. Water was frequently shut off to multiple buildings regardless of time of year/weather during morning and afternoon times. Good luck taking a shower before work or after a workout. The materials used are cheap and break/chip easily meaning you'll be out a security deposit at least. They shut down the online payment portal and charged me a late fee which couldn't be removed because it was "too late in the month". The funny thing is the payment portal was down until March 25th, the day I called to try to get the late payment removed. Looking back, I would've only rented here if it was a last resort. I wish i made a better choice.
The office workers are very incapable of doing anything to help a tenant. They close out work orders without actually having maintenance work the requests. The maintenance guys hide out all day in the back taking smoke breaks and nothing is done. This is the worst location ive ever been apart of.

They charge rediculous monthly fees and take forever to fix things if even get fixed. Then they charge you for moving out......not a regular cleaning fee but pretty much a months rent. Dont do it!

We're sorry to see you leave our community with this experience. We have welcomed your feedback as an opportunity to improve and we're disappointed that we missed the mark with you. Should you have any questions regarding your move out, please reach out to our leasing office. We wish you the best in your new home.
Lived here for a few months and had to break my lease. Gave them my notice of when i would be moved out and somehow they put the wrong date in their system. Now I’m being rushed to move out and give them the keys because they’ve already preloads the apt to someone else even tho i technically still have the apt for another week and a half. Did not offer anything for my inconvenience and were rude to me on the phone. Would not recommend!
Construction crews start early in the morning so if you want to sleep past 7:30am you should already look somewhere else. They don’t care if you have somewhere to park or if they’re yelling loudly outside your window early in the morning. Management here doesn’t care either, they don’t have to deal with it, so why should they. A/C messes up periodically, shower alternates between how and cold the whole time it’s running, parking is already terrible and add in the construction crews hefty vehicles and machines and there just isn’t any. Faulty electricity like half the apartments power going off when one outlet is bumped. I’ll stop for now, but you get the picture.

Hi there, Katrina, we're disappointed to hear about your perception of our community. We strive to provide a beautiful community, so it's disheartening to know that our efforts haven't met your expectations. In addition, our maintenance team works hard to ensure that our residents homes are in top notch condition and we would love to further discuss what led to your review. We encourage you to connect with our office at your earliest convenience and we would be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
I would advise anyone who is in search of a place where you feel safe, things actually work as they should, and have a decent management staff to find a DIFFERENT property. How is it a gated community when the gate is never closed or locked? You even have people stealing your mail! Water pressure is low or the water doesn’t get hot as it should. Utility bills are higher due to inefficient equipment. Construction means a constraint for space because their equipment is everywhere. You can’t even park by your own building! They don’t care that nails are all over the ground (two tires for me). The absolute worst is being put in a situation where you don’t have anywhere to go and this is supposed to be your HOME! Imagine all of this at your “home”

Hello, we apologize that your experience here at our community has resulted in a one-star review. We would love the opportunity to improve your overall stay and our entire team strives to have all of our residents living in a comfortable and positive environment. We understand your frustrations, but in regards to your concerns with the construction and your two tires, we have a protocol in place. We highly encourage you to give us a call so we can try to resolve these concerns you have.
We’ve been under construction since the tornado hit back in October. Since then they have been allowing construction companies to come in and work early hours in the morning sometimes as early as 6am. The noise is ridiculous because they are on top of our buildings. Today is Saturday and they started promptly at 7am. This is just one of many problems with this place from random charges with rent, to rude and unprofessional leasing agents. Save your money, move across the street or something.
Property Manager at Infinity on the Mark, Responded To This Review
It’s disappointing to hear that our diligent efforts to shape our community back up after the unfortunate tornado have caused a strain on your experience, Dezmond. We welcome your call or visit, so we can address any concerns you may have and get some more insight into your feedback. Thank you for your patience . We look forward to our next conversation! Thank you, LILY ORTEGA, Community Manager
Reflection management is awful. They are so rude and don't respect to you after signing the contract. You think that you move to an affordable place but it is totally WRONG because they charge you for many reasons, before moving and after moving. Also, you have to pay a lot for utility every month for poor service and equipments. So, at the end you will see you paid a lot just for low quality complex. The safety of the apartment is terrible and all the time you hear a crime happened near to your place. The maintenance service is disaster, they respond after one week or never and all the complex gates are always open. The appliances, carpet, bathtub... just have a nice looking but after one month you understand those are in the lowest quality and poor condition. Never FORGET not only get back your deposit but also must pay doubles of deposit to them.
For the love of all that is good and decent, don't do it. I lived with cockroaches for a whole year even after 3 fumigation attempts, they just wouldn't go away. Not the most welcoming staff either. Also, when you plan on moving out, give the office 60 days notice because they will keep you there even after your lease is up and increase the rent. The faulty old gates were almost always open. The washer and dryer set was ancient. Drying clothes would bring so much heat and humidity into the apartment. If you do decide to move here, do not get a ground floor apartment. The floor is terribly uneven; it's difficult to sleep when you feel like you're sliding off the face of the planet. Goodluck.
I do not recommend this apartments to anyone. First i've had issues all year long with many things like the A/C. My light bill went skyrocket becaus the A/C went bad and they took months to fix it while i was burning up with a newborn and a 4 year old. Then after they fixed it they forgot to do the maintance routine on the A/C unit 3 times and i still had to call again and again for them to come and check it out. I asked them to reduce something out of my rent because i paid way too much money for electricity because of the broken A/C and i even showed them the proof of the difference that it made and still said that they could not do anything. That is one of the problems i faced, on top of the Maintance Manager as well being rude to my spouse when we needed our dryer to be fixed, which it took him less than 10 minutes, and told me that i had to wait until they felt it was neccesary to come and check it out. Until this point, i had one month left in my lease and had issues with the payment and the day i went to bring them the payment, Gloria which is a representative here came to my apartment demanding my spouse to get out of the aparment without a court order. Not only did my spouse tell her that i went to go get the payment she still demanded for her to tell her when i was going to take the payment after she had already said that i was on my way and refused to leave and made my spouse upset because she made her feel like she wanted her to give her the money then in there without any guarantee that she was going to use it for the rent or keep it. She then closed the door and Gloria started screaming telling her that she needs to get out of the apartment with no court order at all. She was very rude and made me get out of the apartment like if i was a rat and like she owns the place. No legal notice was given at any point and she made my business know to anyone. Very rude the way she handled the situation and made me get out because she had already put a lock on my door and did not give me the chance to make the payment. I felt obligated to move out and till this day i have not heard a word from the office with any information. They told me to turn in the keys and that they wil call me, it has already been two weeks and i still have not heard a word from them.
Our a/c had a terrible smell that they never fixed, it broke multiple times, the cabinets and floors are terrible, showers go from hot to cold the whole time, parking spots are tiny and the trees get your car really dirty. I would never live here again.

These apartments are money guzzling apartments. They shut off water without enough time in advance and say that it was “an emergency.” And the water shutting off is an ONGOING problems I’ve lived here for three years and it hasn’t been permanently fixed and I’ve certainly have never been reimbursed for the times the water has cut off and I’ve had to be late for work. They change policies without any notice, like too often does someone hit my car so at least once a year I have to get a rental to get it fixed, normally I go to the office they give me a temp sticker so I can park wherever and there’s no problem, but apparently if you have two stickers out you can no longer have another one. Which is ridiculous because I’m not keeping the sticker, I’m using it for my rental and I’m giving it right back when my car gets fixed, but apparently I have to pay 50 that I won’t get back to use a sticker for a couple weeks that I’m giving right back to them when my car gets fixed. That’s ridiculous, with the amount of money that I’m paying and I’m sure everyone else is paying, with the amount of loyalty I’ve built up with these apartments being here for three years never had a late payment, and all I’m asking is the courtesy when polices change to let THE RESIDENTS know, and why it’s changing shouldn’t be too much to ask. But from these apartments I guess it is too much to ask when money is involved. That’s okay, we’ll be ending our lease here at the end of the year and find somewhere else to stay. I thought these apartments were convenient, but I guess it was too good to be true.

Dear Resident, this is disappointing to hear as we work hard to make our community a wonderful place to live. We apologize for any inconvenience this process may have caused you. We'll be sure to take your feedback into serious consideration, and will work toward improving upon our current practices. We'd greatly appreciate the opportunity to improve your stay moving forward so please pay us a visit here at the office so we may further discuss your concerns, and resolve any issues you may have. Thank you, Lily Ortega - Community Manager
These guys are seriously the most shady apts I've ever had to deal with. We have had multiple problems with excess fees, extra charges, lack of knowledge and just down right scammy behavior. Do you like your hot water? Too bad, it will regularly get shut off and random times without warning. Like your parking? Too bad, the parking lot will regularly be closed off in areas for maintenance (usually on the hot water pipes that apparently they have no knowledge of how to fix). Like the security gates? Too bad, those are regularly broken and left open for anyone to come in. Which reminds me, in 3 years here there have been at least 5 instances of armed robbery not to mention the several broken into cars and the homeless encampments under the bridge nearby that like to use the pool as a bath. "Crime has no zipcode" right Lily? Sure seems to live in the area though. Neighbors are regularly loud, garbage strewn everywhere, people parked in areas that aren't even parking spots. Cant monitor that but somehow they can "catch" you not picking up after your dog even though you always do. They regularly charge extra for things that they give you no warning to fix. They gave us our 60 day notices for renewal on the 59th day. They double charged for rent once and just waited for us to catch it. They charged us for not having our electricity turned on when we weren't even living in the apt yet, and are going to force us to keep paying for it until what they deem our move out date is, so who wants to bet our lights and AC will mysteriously find a way to stay on? Which, by the way, our AC didn't work on arrival and had mold growing in the lines that they "cleaned out"(even with the 5 extra days we gave them to work on our place that they wanted us to pay electricity for)No courtesy notifications on anything, no heads up, either you know the entire Texas rental code or they will find away to bend the rules to charge you. Stay away, and if you don't, make sure you document literally everything and check all your dates and signatures and see what they are going to hold you to without actually notifying/telling you. These guys are shady. Would be willing to bet that any 5 star reviews here are fake or from one of "maintenance" staff that live here.

There are obviously a lot of places out there to stay. However, between the convenience of being near the Dart rail and the awesome staff (Gloria especially and also Desteny), I've definitely been taken care of.

WE COULD NOT UNPACK FOR THREE WEEKS AND DIDN'T EAT IN THE APARTMENT FOR TWO!! the gate is always broken. The apartment staff are so rude in this office! They try to charge you for everything! Just for your sanity, health, and wallet do not move here!!

Mnth 1 had to replace my tub because of a hole from dropping my shampoo bottle, my floors in my living room, dining, kitchen, laundry, bathroom due to them not being safe. This took 3mths. Now I find out on the toilet that after my cold shower this morning now there is no water. I've only lived here 5 mths and they are always "fixing" the water. Which is probably like the "fixed" my tub the first 2 times until finally they replaced it. Living here has caused me extreme anxiety and stress. My biggest regret with moving to Dallas.

Destiny said my email was not acknowledged as a 60 day notice bcuz it's at the manager's discretion who's emailed 60 day notice is taken. All of their reviews are fake! The staff is rude and they never attend to the problems I have with my apartment! My AC never works, the alarm never works right and they overall suck! They bribe people to write good reviews because they are horrible. I would not recommend living here! The staff are liars and are never doing their job. Very unprofessional!
I went to view this property looking for a 2bedroom. Gloria was really helpful. Everything that I asked her she had an answer for she made me feel welcome as soon as I step in the office. She showed me the model apartment they had and tour me around the property. She has been following up with me and keeping me updated with the apartments the have coming up. She is so nice and outgoing. If you are interested in looking for your next home Reflections is the answer ask for Gloria you won't regret it. I'm looking forward myself to sign a lease there.
My experienced with reflections has been amazing. Gaby was so helpful and patient with me my move there was so calm I love my new apartment and it's so close to many stores am restaurants. I love that they have cover parking and the gym is open 24/7. Everyone there are just so friendly and helpful. And I seen other reviews about them been rude am just like no not at all.
My hubby and I moved into Reflections at high point in Dallas, Tx and we love it here. Very quiet and people are very nice here. This apartment complex is very pet friendly and they have 3 swimming pools on the property. We do enjoy it.
I moved into this apartment complex earlier this year and it has been horrible. It took 3 weeks to get everything squared away with my lease (should have taken that as I sign to just give up the application fee and move on), but they said they had just been busy and one of the staff members was out. I have had issues ever since I moved in, though. It takes weeks sometimes to get maintenance to fix anything. They do not respond to the maintenance phone line and you have to go to the office to put in a request, which may or may not get someone sent out in about a week. Also, unless you take off and go up to the office, you cannot get through to the office personnel to get help for anything. The office staff takes forever to get anything done. As far as the property the water bills are outrageous due to sprinklers running twice a day (Most are broken or are on the sidewalks directly by the apartment doors). The only pool area that is kept up well is the one by the office that everyone sees. Also the complex being a gated community is a joke. The vehicle gates have worked only about a week total out of the several months I have lived at the complex. Overall I have been very disappointed with this complex. The complex being close to 635 and 75 does not make up for all of the issues you have to deal with to live here, and is the worst complex I have lived in as far as dealing with maintenance and management.
While the complex itself is affordable and safe; management is a horrible. The Manager only cares about squeezing every dollar out of residents and couldn't care less about their welfare or even honoring agreements. The Manager does not make an effort to be involved with residents; with the several issues I've had she has never come out to introduce herself but instead sits in her office and send the employees to run back and forth between residents and herself. Once you sign the dotted line your stuck. I will say Gabby is the only employee worth speaking to on any matter and if you must live here sign up with her.
I have been living here over 5 years and I enjoy living here it is very quiet doesn't have a lot of idlers hanging around. They have a lot of socials for the residents:eg ice cream social, picnic, breakfast, tea party etc. they have crime watch meetings regularly and they raffle gift cards and they involve also in the community also having food drive, back to school supplies. The floor layout is great makes you feel like you are living in a house.
The Reflections are pretty average, they clean up on a average, they have security watching the main apartments, and they have pest control come by every week and its in a very convenient location for trains, buses ect. ect. However, the parking can get out of hand. Sometimes I would get home at 11 o clock at night and there would be literally no parking, also when it comes to fixing anything they are kind of lazy when it comes to the expensive stuff (washer, dryer, the main gate ect.)and they tend to shut the office down when having an event for the complex. But all in all, if you can get pass all of that, it's a pretty decent place to live.
the current Apartment building i am living at is nothing short of spectacular. The maintenance crew is very helpful and understanding. Also the prices are very affordable and is only 10 minutes away from downtown. You have the freedom to look anywhere you want for a apartment building but this one is like a needle in a haystack. its a gem and i'm very lucky to have had find it.
I have been living in the apartments Reflections at High Point for almost a year now and It has been an absolute pleasure. First off the management is incredible. They are very helpful, they answer any questions you may have and resolve any issue in a timely manner. Maintenance work is done within minutes to an hour upon request which is amazing! The part that sold me is that they offer military discount and many other discounts for working in certain companies (I qualified). When you get your apartment it is professionally cleaned and walls repainted and each apartment has charm and a unique touch to them. The one bedroom I got has a very spacious living room with big windows which is great for natural lighting. There is a balcony accessible through the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has a microwave included and it is mounted which creates so much space. Each apartment has washer and dryer which is convenient especially for the big city. Also every apartment has a wood burning fire place and it is lovely during the winter. In conclusion I have loved my stay in these apartments and I plan to renew my lease.
This is a great place to live. The staff in really helpful and nice.
My aparapartment is a very nice gated community that has great ammendities which include washer and dryer, fireplace, swimming pools, on site gym and up to date appliances. My apartments are minutes away from great restaurants and the highway. Great place to live.
This is my second year living at reflections at highpoint and I am very pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Safety is enhanced by the presence of security officers. The staff is friendly and responsive to concerns. The administration also try to foster community spirit by organizing meetings and social activities.
First of all, i will be fair upon reviewing this apartment complex. I lived here for quiet a while now. Lives here before then moved to another state & came back and got another lease with them. Like any apartments, you will have to encounter problems. Like leaks, security problems, parking and etc. but the staff i would say.. Specially Patricia & Merary are always willing to assist you. The maintenance guy Gene who i become close now is really good and he will make sure things get done, if he can't fix it for example my ac broke he even offered to have me stay in the model home. How awesome was that! Although i didn't take the offer and bother him, to me just the thought of them wanting u to have a good rest at night is priceless. So would i recommend this place to anyone? Yes, theu have worked with me so far and i really appreciate all the staff who had been nice and willing to assist me. The place is big and they try their best to improve it, it may not be soon but you can see some changes for the better in this complex.
Not bad just little things life policing the grounds more. My first time living in a apartment and so far so good.

Great service the girls in the office are always nice and always willing to help with a lot of stuff and the maintenance staff is also really friendly and always get their job done
I've lived here for almost one year. Building management is responsive, neighbors are quiet, close to DART and freeways, also close to shopping and dining. Really have enjoyed my time here.
After driving up to this complex, I noticed that we are in apartment row. There are 3-4 complexes on this street, but Refelctions is by far the best. We've lived here for 3 years and the front desk staff is amazing. They help with problems and are very quick to handle any issues. They maintenance staff work quickly and efficiently. It's the cheapest on the row and in the area for that matter. Overall, a great place to start a transition or beginning a life before buying your permanent residence.
We just recently moved and the place is lovely quiet secure within easy access to shopping centers, highways, public transportation, restaurants nearby friendly personnel and staff members nice amenities like state-of-the-art gim washer and dryer in the units in one word the crème de la crème.
