Windsor always goes above and beyond for their residents and this property is no different. Love the sense of community here.

I'm upset because I signed a lease with Reflections by Windsor based on their promise of an onsite EV charger first come first serve, but it turned out to be nonfunctional. Despite my request to cancel the lease, they offered a move to a different apartment in February and suggested using a 110v outlet until then. I feel misled by their lack of transparency and focus on signing leases over customer satisfaction. I'm being forced into a situation where I have to move twice and pay extra due to their broken promise of a working EV charger, which is unacceptable.

We have been staying in this community for 2 months now and are very happy with the overall experience. Our house is very comfortable and the maintenance team has been very prompt and helpful in solving minor issues. The community is very well maintained and we really enjoy the amenities - the pool, the gym and the locker facility for our packages!

Excellent community to live with the peace of mind.

Negative side: - 24/7 noise from the road - 24/7 noises in the hallway, screaming kids running back-and-forth - Kids peek into windows and run around the building screaming - The ceiling is so thin that you can hear every step of your neighbor - Flooring is extremely cheap that you have marks and scratches from everything ( exp. vacuum cleaner, even plastic trash bin) - The entrance door moves from the draft in the hallway (it was fixed, but lasted for 3-4 days) - “Best“ part for us personally was TWO renovations upstairs in 4 months of our stay. Every day noises of hammers, drills, saws. Renovation was done at late hours (9:30 pm) - Own fault for not knowing, apartments on the first floor have no sun at all

Here are pros and cons I have experienced living at RBW. I encourage potential residents to consider both in deciding whether to move here. Cons: - A bit pricey compared to similar properties; no exceptional features to justify the higher rental rates - No dedicated visitor parking; undesignated parking (where visitors would park) is often filled by residents, especially in the evenings and on weekends; residents are not required to use the designated resident-only parking - Loud traffic noise on the north side from a busy 4-lane road and on the south side from a semi-busy 2-lane road; loud evening and weekend noise from children playing in the courtyard - Minimal security with no gated entry to apartments or parking garage Pros: - Nice, well-kept apartments with clean floors and carpet, freshly painted walls, and modern appliances, including full capacity washer and dryer - Competent maintenance staff who respond within 24 hours to requests and make quality repairs - Friendly, professional management staff who timely respond to emails and calls from residents - Close proximity to walking trails and parks; onsite fitness room and clubhouse

Best management team ever. Professional, prompt, and present. Communication with property management is so important, and the Reflections management team is not only communicative, but is also willing to take action for any requests.

Really easy to work with. Great space and community to be in! Exactly what my wife and I (and fur baby) wanted in apartment living! Apartments themselves are not run-down with use, and the attention to maintenance all around (apartment and grounds) is better than any place weve rented from before.

I love the look of the homes, and I found that the customer service experience has been the best part. The staff is always ready to help, and if they miss your call they always call back.

Lovely apartments on well maintained grounds. Friendly management who attend to every request. Reliable staff with the knowledge to make repairs in a timely manner. We love living here.

The staff that runs the community do a very good job at communicating. They also add nice little touches ie; popcorn on your door or ordering food trucks for the residents. Whether Ive had a complaint or a general inquiry, they do a very nice job at responding & I appreciate it.

We find the maintenance crews knowledgeable about their tasks. They are always pleasant and show in their demeanor that they like their work, they like the residents, and they are proud of a job well done. We are very happy living here.

I am delighted to share my experiences with the maintenance here at Reflections by Windsor. I have been here 2 1/2 months and needed several repairs (probably left from the previous tenants). Each time I called, the response was within 30 minutes. I believe I put in 5 requests. This department is the best ever. Thank you!

This community is the best rental community Ive ever been part of! The maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and the friendliness of staff is phenomenal! I love living here!

After being accused of having a second nobody ever mentioned within an emergency action maintain was call and performance that they were wrongly accusing me and apologized. During the event of an emergency of my washer flooding, how could I hide a second dog if I had one. The main ten episodes was alright. The problem was solved by telling me these things do happen and made sure it didnt happen while they were over and provided a fan to fry my carpets.

Reflections offers the best apartment floor plans and most character of any condo's we have seen in our area and excellent management including prompt response to requests for solving problems.

I am very impressed with this complex. I had a few maintenance problems and was helped within minutes. This is a top quality residence.

It has been over 1 year living @ Reflections by Windsor ! I love the community and close proximity to trails,shopping . Maintenance Service is awesome ! The leasing office staff is super helpful !

We noticed one morning that we had no hot water in our apartment. I went to the leasing office and submitted an emergency request since we could not wash dishes or take a shower. Iurii showed up soon and did an amazing job replacing the boiler. He was very professional, timely, and clean. We are very happy with his service and attentiveness.

Beautiful facility and apartments! The interior was clean and very bright for the space. Absolutely love the windows as they let a lot of light in! The staff are all very helpful and nice, the community was even able to get food trucks to come by for dinners on Fridays! Very nice treat to have!

My family and I have only been living at Reflections by Windsor for a month, but so far it's pretty nice. Location is prime. The grounds are pristine and well-kept. Even though there are about 230 units, it doesn't feel dense, as the buildings are 3 or 4 stories. The staff is friendly and maintenance tries to get your request handled as quickly as they can. I like that mail and packages are kept as secure as they can. The unit has modern touches--one of the nicest apartments I've ever lived in. We love the 1-car garage driveway space. We got a unit with no stairs at all and is ADA compliant, so we are loving the spaciousness (3-bedrooms). All that being said, it is still apartment living; so long as walls are touching, we still hear neighbors stomping around or making noise. Also, we got a unit that is facing a busy street, so there is constant, loud street noise from cars whizzing by. We happened to move during the summer, so it gets HOT when the weather is hot, especially since our main areas (kitchen/dining/living room) faces the sun in the afternoon til sunset. Couple that with no AC and the heat gets trapped like a greenhouse, so it's pretty uncomfy during those days (with a baby, it seems even hotter!). Nothing is perfect, so I'm sure the colder seasons will be nice and cozy here. Other than that, we like our stay so far :)

From the very first communication with Reflections to my move in date and beyond, I felt extremely welcome. The staff answered a multitude of questions from me and never seemed annoyed - always very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the respect from Reflections and timely communication even through the pandemic. The apartment is QUIET, comfortable, cozy, good views, excellent distance from downtown and safe community. The apartment was even clean when I moved in (previous apartments have not provided me a clean space to move into). I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

The staff has been professional, prompt, and thorough dealing with any issues which have come up. Maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. The community is clean and I was impressed with their response to coronavirus. Unfortunately I can't speak to the quality of the amenities as they've been closed due to construction and the virus.
