A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. If you like peace and quiet but don't want to live all the way out in the woods, then Cedar Park is the place to be. The back door faces west, every evening we are treated with a beautiful sunset. Living here has been great and the management is friendly and responsive.

Noise levels are generally low, life is peaceful. Overall have not had any unresolvable problems. Grounds are well maintained, on site maintenance is really nice. Neighbors pretty much keep to themselves.

Moved in July 2024 and its been a very quiet and well maintained complex. Prompt when it comes to maintenance requests. They have a convenient app to send messages to staff if needed, send maintenance requests also make online rent payments the only thing I dislike is the convenience fee required to pay online is a little much.

I would recommend leasing in the newer area in hopes of avoiding any pest issues. However, the older floorplans appear to be more spacious and have more parking surrounding them. You just have to settle with appliances that are not upgraded. Overall, very friendly tenants that tend to rent for years at a time at the property. Debbie in the front office is very nice and understanding. Easiest staff member to talk to, as well as maintenance man. Trash program could be more steady and consistent with picking up trash. Also water issues from time to time. You will notice black particles in your water, especially the hotter the water is.

There's so little noise compared to many other apartments. The pool & gym options are nice to have available on site. Maintenance being on site is a massive plus, too. My only downsides so far: - There are not elevators here, so 2nd & 3rd floors are not accessible to anyone with mobility issues, which could be a problem for visiting family/friends that cannot climb stairs. - There are no bike racks outside the buildings (& a lot of people have bikes here). It would be really nice to have covered bike racks outside each building for residents to securely store bikes where they won't be in others' way. Right now, most people keep their bikes under/around the stairs, but there isn't a lot of space, nor is it intended for bike storage, & often partially blocks the doorways of the residents in the corners near the stairs. Overall living here has been great so far, kind neighbors, quiet area, & everything needed within short distances to drive, bike, or sometimes walk!

Regal Parc was a clean, safe, quiet neighborhood like apartment complex. My family and I had a good experience here and would recommend it to families looking to move to the area. It is conveniently located right off the toll way about 5 minutes from north Austin and 5 minutes from 1890 ranch. The patio spaces on the older section of the community are excellent for entertaining friends or kids. It is also very close to Reed elementary and you can walk your kids to and from school. Check this place out before you make a decision!

I personally LOVE Regal Parc. The only issue I have is the dumpster area. People are very non-considerate and dump furniture in the parking spaces next to the dumpster. I quite frequently have to move stuff so I can park. Other than that, the apartment complex is great!

It has been 6 years since we live here. The number can speak for itself. The environment is mostly very nice. Staff try their best to serve us. I just don't really there are too many dogs, the owner a lot of time I see ignores pick-up dog poops. There was one time, a dog got unleashed and it ran to me. It almost bites me. I feel traumatized after this. I just hope there could be more safety.

Having lived here for 12 years I think it is a great place to live. The staff in the office and maintenance are really great and always are friendly , respectful and very helpful. I have enjoyed meeting my neighbors and becoming our own little community.

I've lived here for 3 years now and will likely renew my lease again . The staff and maintenance team has been amazing the entire time and the overall property has been clean and quiet. I live in Phase 1 so the appliances and guest bathroom are a showing their age but overall everything works so I can't complain. Overall I give my time here 5 stars.

Regal Parc has made my experience of moving into my first apartment so amazing. Debbie was such an integral part of my tour, application, and leasing processes, and she was so amazing at helping me every step of the way. We moved here in 10/2020 . Best place to live. Management is very cooperative and maintenance is always there when needed. Only one thing is rent getting increased with every year. I think whoever lives in Regal Parce more than 2 years should have some free Carpet cleaning services.

I recently toured Regal Parc when I was in the area for work. Molly was quick to help me when I arrived and showed me two different floor plans. I really liked the renovated apartments. I love the area and all that Cedar Park has to offer. I am still deciding on making the move to Texas but when I am ready, Regal Parc will be my home.

The living situation has been calm and peaceful so far. All the office and maintenance staff has been respectful and helpful. The only annoyance is the stunning lack of parking spots without paying extra for either a carport or a garage. You want any guests over? Warn them they may have to walk across the entire complex just to find a parking spot.

Regal Parc has a really nice feel. I feel in love with the complex before I even stepped foot in the apartment. It’s maintained. Upon moving in I had some things that needed to be fixed and they were fast to send someone to make repairs.

Great place to live. Management is great and they do community events. Maintenance is quick and they keep you up to date on repairs. Nice neighborhood and close to everything you may need.

Nice place for decent price. Nearby school for kiddos; accommodating with pets (E.S. or otherwise); quiet & friendly neighbors. Again, nice place.

Maintenance staff is very enthusiastic, energetic, open, sincere and very happy in communication. He consulted very carefully about the problem and gave a very professional repair solution. I really love the people, the friendly attitude of the front desk staff and the maintenance team of the Rigal Parc apartment complex.

The Regal Parc Apartment staff Edith , Dianne and Natasha, has been very kind and attentive to our needs . Whenever I had issues or concerns the managers Edith and Diane , they’ve been more than willing to discuss and find a good solution to my concern. The maintenance team Carlos and Javier are always friendly and handling any problems at the apartment very promptly . They are always trustworthy!
