Property Ratings at Regal Pointe Apartments
The apartment is just fine. There were some issues with the light bulbs and other stuff that were taken care of promptly. The management staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice people. The the maintenance guys! Augustun and Omar and great. Funny, knowledgeable and I like them and know I can count on them.

We reported multiple issues while living there with no response. We broke our lease after new neighbors had a pit bull off leash and another on leash that was very aggressive. We couldn’t use our front door for fear of said “dog”. Our lease said no pit bulls but they ignored that. Their only form of retaliation was to charge us $500 for advertising the unit when we left. The clientele is definitely going downhill for the amount of money they charge for rent.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your account of events. We are still hoping to see some support on how you got to these conclusions because we continue to interpret the situations a little bit differently based on our records. Although we have already spoken with you on most of these matters, we welcome you to reach out to our office as we would love for us to find some time to discuss and come to an amicable conclusion. We thank you again for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and do wish you all the best in your new home. The Regal Pointe Team
Constant problems! When we moved in, we had broken blinds. We were told the blinds had been ordered & would be replaced soon. Maintenance has very limited hours & would only replace the blinds (that were broken before we moved in) during limited hours. With our work schedule, no one would be home & we told the office that we weren't comfortable with someone alone in our apt with our animal. So I had to take time off of work to sit around waiting for maintenance to fix something that should have been fixed before we moved in. WE DIDN'T BREAK IT! The maintenance person who came to fix our blinds didn't actually fix anything. He placed them in the slots & didn't secure them, so when I went to use them, they fell & broke again. My boyfriend then had to take time off of work so they could get fixed YET AGAIN. Since moving in, we've had to call the gas company 3 times for gas leaks. I've also had to call the office several times because our thermostat wasn't working. Every single time, I'm taking more time off work & waiting all day long for someone to come because they're so busy. They won't set up a time-frame for someone to come by, you literally have to be available the entire day. The problem was supposedly fixed, yet I kept waking up to an apartment at 55 degrees when the thermostat was set at 70. It got to a point where I couldn't take time off anymore & we managed living in an ice cube all winter. My BF & I both tried working with maintenance to ensure they would be there during a specific time frame, i.e. in the morning, so we could go to work in the afternoon or get errands done & they won't accommodate. My BF had several days off work for the holiday, & we wanted maintenance to come to fix something. We told them he was available Mon-Wed from 8a-12p, we were told someone would be by. On Wed at 11:30 when still no one showed up, my BF went over there & talked to the office. They said someone would be there within an hour. So he sat around for 4 hours for 3 days waiting & they still never sent anyone over there until he went and talked to them. Terrible, terrible service! Staff is rude, doesn't answer or return emails/VMs. It's not worth the money. The only amenity is the gym.....which is tiny and not even worth it. Save your money and your frustrations and go elsewhere.
I lived @ Regal Point for 3 years. It was one of the best apartments/condos I have ever stayed in. Its walking distance to so many grocery stores and restaurants. It was one of the most convenient places for anything. Staff is great and helpful.
I have been here less than a year, I paid my rent thru my bank. I made payment on December 28, check was mailed on December 29. They said they did not receive it until January 8th. They called me to tell me there would be a late fee of $50 because it was after the 5th. They said we know that it was mailed the 29th, but its still late. Its not our fault and its not your fault but we are still charging you. On the 9th I received my eviction notice. I cant wait to leave. I just cant stand being around people that are just out to get your money.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Regal Pointe. It is unfortunate that your mailed check did make it to our office on-time. As our lease states, rent is due on the first of each month. When rent is not received by the fifth day of the month, we no longer accept personal funds and a late fee is then added to an account as it is the responsibility of the resident that rent is received on-time. As mail is unpredictable we do have an online system for residents. From the resident website you can utilize paying with your bank account online. You can do this manually or sign up for our ACH payment that get automatically deducted the first day of each month. The ACH feature is used by several of our residents as it eliminates the stress of paying on time. If these are options you would like to utilize and need any assistance with doing so, please feel free to contact the office. Thank you again.
I have a two bedroom, 3/4 bathroom with a one car garbage. The apartment itself includes all appliances including washer and dryer (you can also use your own if you already have them.) All maintenance requests are handled in a very timely and efficient manner. Grounds are well kept in the summer and winter. They have their own snow removal service that clears things away from door to door. They also have a fitness room. That is nicely equipped and a huge convenience in the winter time. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the rent goes up yearly and no military discount.
