Great move in experience. In and out of the office quickly with friendly office staff. Beautiful and vibrant location with restaurants, movies and stores nearby

The staff here is great! Moving in was easy and the incredible staff relieved some of the moving stress by being informative, quick to answer questions, and overall great attitude. The location is the best!!! Just a stone's throw to Sloan's Lake. I love this neighborhood.

The location is decent enough, but the walls are made of paper. If you want to live here then I'd recommend only choosing something on the top floors.

Great neighborhood, nice amenities, maintenance and office staff are always on top of things. Valet trash is the only thing I’d say is unreliable.

We haven't moved completely yet. But I give one a star because of how we found the apartment. The windows filled with dust and the shower looks dirty.

Rent is expensive but everything else is really good! I like that I am close to a lot of great restaurants, gyms and Sloan lake! I like that it is a younger crowd too.

This place has been basically perfect. The location is beautiful and everyone is so kind. There’s never too much noise and it’s especially quiet at night. I’ve loved Regatta since I moved in!

New resident, but enjoying living here so far! The amenities are really nice to have! Especially all the games on the lobby area, very cool feature.

So far, everything has been easy. The move in and all the support has been so very much appreciated. The staff is helpful and responsive, people in the hallways are kind, and I love my new home.

We love living here. The staff is friendly and we appreciate all of the community events they organize. Due to those we have met many of our neighbors which makes living here more fun.

Ever since we moved here we’ve been so impressed with the staff… everyone from maintenance to the office staff are always so friendly, responsive, and helpful! We enjoy the community events too. Our only complaint has been Valet Living trash and recycling service is extremely inconsistent so we hope they cancel the service or get another provider. We’d also love a better system to let people in like ButterflyMX as it’s difficult for guests with a fob system.

Overall, this is a poorly maintained and poorly managed building asking premium prices because it's in a great neighborhood. Instead of fixing the door handles when they get loose and fall off, management has taken to replacing them with a cheap piece of sheet metal. Further, there is consistently stolen mail, trash throughout the building, broken grills and people sleeping in the stairwells. Management has consistently been increasing maintenance fees without providing any value for the fee increase.

Their building is in a great spot but the change in management to Asset Living in June 2023 has made this property uninhabitable. They have let the property continuously degrade, with broken dirty and beyond repair. The main elevator in the building was down for seven months with no communication from the leasing office other than “it’s being worked on”. Also had no secured parking for over 9 months with a broken and nonexistent gate. We still had the pleasure of paying for parking though! The extra fees that are tacked on to your apartment equate to an extra 250-300 dollars on top of the base rent. Definitely not even close to worth it to have to deal with the terrible, non responsive management. Do yourself a favor and give your money to someone who actually cares about the property they manage.
