I’ve been here a week and am slowly regretting my decision. The model apartment is absolutely beautiful however your apartment not so much. Paint drippings, paint chipping, cheap flooring it’s like peel and stick, walls are paper thin, cracks on the corners of the tub wall and roaches!!! . They came and sprayed but it’s ridiculous, they’re suppose to come back and spray again in two weeks. I have never lived with bugs it’s gross. I had to re-wash all of my dishes and keep my cupboards empty. I have not cooked due to infestation. Hoping there is a legal way to get out of my lease… or a different unit idk something. I cannot relax here and enjoy anything. I’m on edge all the time. The best part about this place is the staff. They are nice and wonderful and address any problems quickly. This just ain’t for me. If you do move here look at your own apartment before signing and moving in. Lesson learned

I have lived at wothington apts for 13 years and in those 13 years I have seen 2 owners come and go and the owners now have put a lot of effort in upgrading these apts from redoing the whole inside of the apts to repainting the whole outside of the apts to make it look really good. It’s very quiet in here. The maintenance staff and office staff are very friendly and are always there to fix anything.
The new management is very kind. All apartments are being upgraded and renovated with new appliances and flooring. A major overhaul on the exterior and interior paint. The area is calm and the atmosphere is friendly.
Too many items broken in the apartment. The maintenance is rude when asked to come to fix things. In addition they do not know what they are doing. Everything they fix is broken less than a week later.
Dishwasher, Lights, Closet doors, broken. Floor and bathtub inside the bathroom is pealing. Some of the other doors do not close. Parking lot has pot hole everywhere. The place floods yearly. The maintenance complains about coming out to do work outside the apartment and when here they do a terrible job. Also, they drive their golf carts on the grass and not the sidewalk after it rains. The garbage gets by the dumpsters gets piled into the street. This place is terrible.

I moved here from PA and it was the best decision i made! Cindy made me feel so comfortable and it seemed as if she had been here for years! Staff members are always friendly. Apartment was extremely clean and had no problems with it. Definitely the place to be!!
I am currently a resident here at Worthington court we just moved here with our two children. Prior to moving in they were very amazing with helping us with the process with moving from out of state. They also had a cute welcome gift for us. Very nice people Cindy is great!
Cindy, the leasing agent I worked with, is so helpful. She gave a tour of the available units, followed up with necessary paperwork, and has been super helpful. The apartment itself was clean when I moved in and it's in a great location. Neighbors are not too noisy. Management is quick to follow up with any questions or concerns.
I have been living here since last August. Wow. What can I say? Everything here is so clean, pool is always clean. Quite neighbors. Management is always on point, the greatest workers I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend this place.
Had some problems here, flooding, fleas, however, did like it. Unfortunately, my security deposit has not been returned even though we decided on an amount in December. Property manager signed a registered letter from me, however, has not responded with phone calls, a letter or nothing. So please be aware if you rent here you probably won't get your deposit back. Tina, the property manager even used my apartment to show investors because she said my was one of the best kept apartments and now she is screwing me out of my deposit so I'm sure she does it to everyone.
Lived here for 3 years and loved it. Very friendly and helpful property manager (love Tina!) Sadly, leaving bc Anclote River flooded 2 yrs in a row and it's not worth it under those unpredictable conditions. If only Broad Management would take the time to invest in this property. Ideal location, and did I say Tina is great? :) Don't know what people are saying here about mold and such. Sounds like they have other issues. My Apts (I lived in 2 over 3 yrs bc of the floods), never had any. No bugs, either. It matters if you're a clean tenant, too. Just saying.
Terrible service and cockroaches. The postal office leave the packages in the apartments office and anyone can take them, and even in the office take the packages and conceal themselves. The buildings are very old and fall apart. If you are not very smart they are able to charge things you have never used and overcharge

Nothing but problems, this place is an ongoing construction site. Get anything said in writing. Apartments are very old and filled with mold, expect to sign mold paperwork.Serious complaints can turn into retaliation, be wary....
