Regatta at Universal

This place is going downhill fast. The breezeways are filthy, the lamps on the buildings are rusted, the plants and mulching is pitiful. Gates always seem to be broken. Price has went up and quality has went down. Expect to pay around $150 in additional fees now, on top of the rent. There’s even a fee for the community gas bill now that’s around 20¢ a month. Nickel and diming is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Meanwhile gym equipment has been broken for months and bulk trash is no longer available. I appreciated early on the attentiveness of the staff and that they were hosting frequent events. We use to have food trucks every other week but now that’s gone. Game room is only open during their slim hours. Not even an option to rent it outside of hours anymore. Apartments are dated and many are carpet. The way they were built, the back rooms (master in mine) barely gets any ac. Apparently the ducting was ran on top of the other and it collapses allowing very little air through. Also, don’t leave your car door unlocked unless you want your things stollen at night. All around this place is going downhill and I hate to see it. I’ve overlooked the price for a dated apartment due to the location but it’s getting too bad to ignore. The only positives are the friendly attentive staff and the fact that Universal Studios is a 15 min walk.

Compared to other places we looked at around the area, Bell at Universal was the not only more reasonable for their rental requirements but we’re able to get us in very quickly. The staff is friendly and does a great job at explaining their procedures and reason why they may or may not be able to accept something in a way that helps you understand the process. Plus being so close to Universal makes it nice to have fun whenever you want and if you work at Universal, like I do, you save so much on transportation. The ammonites are luxury, the pool is amazing, the apartments are incredibly nice and the other residents here are genuinely friendly and inviting. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place especially after the experiences we’ve had trying to rent elsewhere.

The Bell has an excellent team to make sure all of your concerns are taken care of and the living is what a home environment should be.

Any maintenance concerns have been handled promptly and professionally. I am very pleased.

The location is very convenient, the quality of the community excellent, as well as the quality of customer service offered by the management and maintenance management. I love the pet-friendly environment and the amenities that the community offers. The only thing I would ask for improvement is physical security, especially access.

Awesome- knowledgeable management and staff and amazing maintenance team! They are the most responsive maintenance guys ever and super friendly! The apartment is beautiful inside and convenient to so much. We love the pool and gym AND how pet friendly it is with pet stations everywhere. I think its one of my favorite places Ive lived. Love it!!

Vivir en éste Complex ha sido la mejor decisión que hemos tomado, súper cuidado, su personal atento, educado, sus áreas hermosa, su piscina, jacuzzi y gym son lo máximo yo lo disfruto mucho en mis días libres.

Management and maintenance staff here are wonderful. Very attentive, knowledgeable but also have great personalities. I have only been here a few months but very impressed with most everything.

Just moved to Bell at Universal from Ca. and love my apartment and the community. Tony from the office handled everything for me and stayed in communication throughout my whole journey! Great job! Looking forward to being a long term resident. :)

I've reviewed Bell a few times now over the last 2.5 years. It continues to be the best apartment community in the vicinity of Universal Studios. All aspects are good. It's easy to move, but no plans to do so because I like it here.

Bell is a beautiful apartment complex in a great location. If you are looking for your next apartment and dont mind paying more for good quality, than look no further than Bell. The apartments are kept clean, the maintenance staff is friendly, and the amenities are well maintained.

If you move to this beautiful looking community, move to the third floor. The walk upstairs will at least allow you to sleep at night. 1st and 2nd floors the are hollow floors or something. You hear everything and I mean everything in your unit.

We love living at The Bell! The apartments are beautiful inside and out and the staff is phenomenal. Everyone is so kind from maintenance to leasing agents. The location is excellent too!

The community is very clean and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The only negative is the noise of the theme park (literally only separated by a chain link fence) construction at night. They get very loud. So if you like quiet at night you either have to shut all your windows and doors or choose an apartment that is on the front side. But the flip side of that is if you live on the theme park side you can see fireworks out of your balcony. Two sides to the coin. The internet/ wifi with spectrum is actually very great in the complex. I hear negative things abt spectrum all the time so I was expecting worse than Comcast but this apartment must be wired specifically for spectrum because its only dropped once ever. Pool is great, jacuzzi is great. Billiards/pool room or game room is great. Location is convenient 5-ish minutes to Millenia etc.

Great living here. Clean well appointed apartment ( never an ant or roach ) maintenance staff are nothing less than brilliant. Rent is a killer, but every where around here is.

After leaving a apartment complex that was less then standard we contacted the Bell at Universal. We were in a serious situation as just have moved to Orlando Florida. Samantha listened to our situation and in need of a place to live quickly. The approval process went very quickly and in about 24 hours I was approved and getting the keys to the apartment. It was a extremely stressful situation in the fact that my furniture was being delivered within 24 hours. Thanks to the staff at Bell at Universal for understanding our situation. I highly recommend them as your next home if you are looking for a new place to live!!

I’ve lived in this property for almost two years. My biggest complaint is the fact that they wake me up almost every morning to weed wack or use a blower around the complex. They don’t care how loud it is and that sometimes it’s 8 or 9am in the morning. It’s seriously like every other day. Also, if you have a dog, good luck walking your dog in the grass because they water the grass every single day so it’s muddy and flooded everywhere! This complex seems great and well organized but I honestly feel like they don’t really care about the residents. They don’t give you 24 hour notice before they come in your apartments either to do stuff. They’ve left notes on my door at the end of the day saying they will be in by 8am to check on whatever. This has happened multiple times. The apartments themselves are nice. I hear my upstairs neighbors ALL the time but that’s apartment life. One thing I have to say is you NEVER have to worry about parking here which is great!

We have only been in our place a few weeks but have received a warm welcome, and it truly feels like home! The staff is super friendly and helpful and we love our apartment and the location!

BEWARE! The end date on your lease is NOT your move out date to these people. Moving out when you are supposed to will incur 2 months of back rent, which they will send to a collection agency and ruin your credit score.

Best apartments Ive stayed in. The community is always well maintained, maintenance requests have a quick turn around. Management always responds to requests/issues.

At this time we are very displeased with the recent events here at Bell. These include, but are not limited to The changes to the billing process The damage of personal property by grounds crew- still unresolved! The continued malfunction of the remote fob which we paid extra to get so I can enter near my apartment. As of right now I cannot enter gates one or three- Tony said there is nothing he can do to Hardware issues. That remain unfixed. After over a month. Smoking in apartments and patios/ balconies- why do we have to look and report? The management of this property should be walking and looking for themselves! Ash trays are obvious as well as butts in multiple places. The continued closure of the leasing office. If other locations near us can reopen safely then there is no reason for the office to remain closed. The business office is part of my rent. I have had several times that I needed this and had to go else where adding expense when I am already paying for it. My rent is higher than some currently moving in. This is not reasonable. For the same place my two years of residence should offer discounts not higher rates. We were so happy to move here two years ago. The changes are very disappointing. At this time we have stopped recommending this location to others.

Bell at universal has been excellent living there this past few months, the community is very clean and quiet. The leasing office are very polite and sufficient.

The maintenance personal are very professional, as office management team. They also are respectful and kind. The location of the condo is very comfortable, near I4, and important avenues, also schools, Publix, Walmart, Pharmacies, and other services. I like very much live at Bell at Universal.

Quiet, clean and convenient location experience. Maintenance team is an A , always on top of things and very approachable.

Community is maintained well. Secure, Safe and Pleasant place to stay for a family with kids - big advantage being it is tied to Dr Phillips Elementary
