Property Ratings at Regency Apartments
The property manager Erin and Carol are out to get your money, and they are rarely in the office. They do not care about the community they only care about your money. They are good at lying and placing blame on you instead of looking at their own business practices. Before woodspear (the company that owns these apartments) took over this place was managed by Jackson Rentals (JR). JR would put on community events, made you feel welcome, concerned about any problems you had. Now that woodspear and Erin and Carol are here I feel sad for the tenants that live, don't expect to get your deposit back even though you do exactly what they ask of you. While living in our apartment my family could smell cigarette smoke coming from our neighbors below. Erin the manager seemed to be more concerned with the tenants staying there so she could collect more money, than the health of my family or her own property/future tenants. I would give zero stars if I could.
These apartments are fabulous. We have a cute little pond outside of our front door, great sized bedrooms, washer and dryers included, and THE LARGEST living rooms I've ever seen in an apartment. The apartments are very quiet even being on the bottom floor, we don't hear our upstairs neighbors. The staff and maintenance crew are si friendly and quick to help. They are also pet friendly! The pricing is so affordible, I would recommend to anyone ! My family and I love it here!
