My experience from how this unit has been for me leaves me to believe other units suffer the same drawbacks. I honestly wouldn't rent here ever again. I don't care how well and clean the apartments look with new carpet, flooring and paint or how well the sidewalks or grounds looks or how clean my garage was. The noise is beyond tolerable at night thus far. I may just rent a hotel this week to get caught up on sleep.

I find the Regency to be a very safe place for a single person to reside. The property is well lit at night so it feels safe if you come home late at night and need to take your dogs out for a walk. The buildings are secure so you don't have many random people walking around your hallways.

There is police in the complex often. The smell of weed is present almost constantly. Have walked into the front door of the building with my child to have individuals on their porch right next to the door weed. There seems to be a lot of recreational drug users through out the complex.

Applying was easy. We moved from a few states over and when we got here the apartment was ready. They supplied movers immediately to move our furniture 3 stories up for us. All we had to do was sign papers. They put in new carpets and the apartment was clean. We love the layout as well

Great place! In the past they had issues keeping the grounds maintained (dogs) but they have really stepped up their game! The grounds are well kept, Melissa is so nice and professional and gets back to me asap when I call the office. Maintenance is also excellent. This is a quiet complex for the most part, and affordable. I definitely recommend it.

Overall an OK experience for an apartment. Management doesnt care if animals make noise all hours of the day and night - if you complain they tell you to call the police and they will do nothing about it. They try to get every dime out of you they can (not exactly a surprise - just dont expect to ever get your deposit back). I am a single man who takes very good care and a clean home - when I left they sent me an itemized bill for ALL THE REPAIRS they had to do - which amazingly totalled out to the exact amount i had paid for a deposit (SHOCKING!) The head company seems to also shift people around between properties (or else they just cant keep people on staff) because in the 1 year i lived there, 4 different people worked in the office. The doors to each building unit have a combination, but people will leave them propped open so anyone can get in. Package theft is rampant. All in all, like i said it was ok. As long as you go into it expecting to be screwed you wont be disappointed.

I would recommend Regency Apt to anyone, awesome staff, good rates, nice quiet environment, easy access to the Muddy river and wildlife, Spring lake and close to many stores, Apt are good size with great ammendities. and last but not least you can have your fur babies and take them to the doggie yard at Regency

The Regency has truly been a breathe of fresh air for me. All the other tenants around me aroud very polite and ive never had a negative encounter with anyone at all. Theres no riff-raff hanging around or commotion and issues are resolved very quickly! The staff is no short of awesome either! Always super friendly and ready to resolve my issues.

While the outside apartment might look like its a bit run down on its paint and while it seems like its not a great place due to being so far from the Williston high school. Its in fact a great choice as placement because the bus lanes come through this place as well as while the outside could use a bit of a make over, the insides of your apartment will really make you change your mind. As the equipment they provide you with is so modern that it really gives you that Im standing in a 2017 home. Its not luxurious but its living style that it offers screams luxury. Circulated cooling by your AC, modern content tops and a kitten with a lot of cubbies and places to store. Is really a great place for a family to live at. The best part is that Walmart is only 5 minutes away, and we all need Walmart for groceries. As well as a lake and a park only 5 minutes away on foot. Great for those who are into exercising or just want to walk their dog in a rich environment of comfort with nature. And if youre not a big out doors person, then thats perfectly fine! As choosing to stay in your home with the entire home staying at 67 degrees, while the outdoors are around 80 , is always a choice (which I myself am guilty ). So while yes this place could use a bit of more green and a new coat of paint. It really is a place that makes you happy knowing that you got a nice home to come back to.
