Disappointed!!!
I stopped by the other day with a client and was inquiring if there were any vacancies, I was greeted very rudely by the Management and was told NO but by what I could see by riding around the property that there were possible vacancies. I was then informed by a few tenants that the Management plans to quit and to leave without telling anyone, including the owners. Just because she plans to leave does not give her the right to stop doing her job!

Low income housing surpassing your normal standards
In a quiet secluded area close to schools and shopping. Lacking in dishwasher & personal hook ups for washer & dryer but the landlord is flexible and very understand about rent late and even sends a monthly news letter out. It is mostly quiet and a decent place to raise a family. It may be missing some features (as listed above)but it is safe, relatively quiet and feels like a home.
