Property Ratings at Regency Club
The manager was terrible and made countless mistakes with our money while taking forever to fix it!! She was insulting and rude. The maintenance never fixed anything on time and there is so many of them. 4 come into your apartment just to change a light bulb. SAD AND HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Elizabeth, we are very sorry to see this review. Please know that our team members work hard to ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner and in the order that they are received. At a community of our size, we sometimes experience delays in the completion of work orders due to obstacles that are out of our control. We do apologize if that has happened to you. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. If there is anything else that you may need, please do not hesitate to contact our leasing office directly.
You can call, You can go up there it doesn't matter they gone get back to you probably a month later to get your issue resolved. Im young and was really excited to buy a place i can call home but i was sold bs and lies. First night staying the carpet was still wet and then later after the water and air was off. I personally wouldn't recommend your best bet is to try looking around some more.

Currently dealing with an mold issue that has gone unresolved for weeks. Apparently the reading wasn’t high enough for them to care but I have an infant who’s immune system has yet to fully develop. What could be tolerable for me is NOT for him!
The first day I got my keys, I go in the apartment and its water all over the kitchen floor. The air did not work and the air filter cover ( which is metal & big ) almost fell on me. It was not screwed in. I could have died. Exit gate didnt work for half the time I stayed there. Neighbors drop food and stuff infront your door and don’t clean it up. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Thin walls and ceilings. No security system, my boyfriend truck was broken into. But the gates supposed to work? Oh okay. It doesn’t make sense to have gates because there’s a brick wall you can around to get in by the exit gate. One night the ceiling and window started leaking and it sounded like a waterfall. We reported it and all they did was come dry the carpet. Emergency maintenance didnt come that night even though they were supposed to. Lady on the phone gave me a nasty attitude. Neighbors called the police on us because of music when they could’ve came knocked on the door. Water heater has leak and nobody came to fix it. Stove and refrigerator looks like it came from the 1800. Microwave handle just fell off. You have to tweak the balcony door to lock it. One morning we got stuck in the apartment because the knob would not turn. So we had to unscrew the whole thing. Never got a chain for the door. Bathroom sink clogs up quick. The bedroom door doesn’t even fit the trim, so therefore it makes a noise everytime you open it and the lock doesn’t even work. Please don’t waste your money.
I had several work orders and they always came out to fix what I needed, I didn’t have any problems with the apartment complex at all and this was March of 2017

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your great Regency Club experience with us!
I’ve been here for 2 months and I already regret it. The property is TERRIBLY managed and maintenance is understaffed. The office will promise to put maintenance orders in, promise to call you back, make all of these empty promises and then you’ll never hear from them again. They aren’t trained to be customer-service oriented because their service is DISGUSTING and they can’t be trusted because they rarely know what they’re talking about and don’t keep up with any paperwork, documents or work orders of the residents like they claim to do. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a stray dog, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to someone who works too hard for their money. Give this place a hard pass.

Hi! Our team has thoroughly researched your feedback by examining our records. There seems to be some discrepancies or misunderstanding, but we would love to work together with you. Please feel free to contact our management team directly.
These people are FULL of bull. The appliances are old and cheap! The front office doesn’t answer nor return phone calls which is a huge inconvenience if you work a 9 to 5 and need an issue resolved. They will take your deposits when you move and have you waiting WEEKS in order to find out why. Don’t waist your hard earned money on this poor managed cheap apartment complex.

Hi, Gia! We are sorry to see this review. However, we were glad to hear from our team that someone has been in touch with you directly to address your feedback. Thank you!
Please heed the warnings from reviews... do not live here. The tour will look nice, but the actual apartments are not. Maintenance does not fix ANYTHING. Only time they came was because we had OUR CEILING OPEN UP AND WATER FLOWING OUT. Ridiculous. The floors are SO thin, I can barely sleep because I hear my upstairs neighbor every move because the creaking. I deal with it, but I cannot even walk around my own apartment at 11 at night without my downstairs neighbor asking me when I'm going to sleep because she can't sleep. Can't even walk around my own apartment. I cannot wait until my lease ends, counting down the days.

Hi, Elisabeth! Our team took a look and found that all work orders have been completed. If there are any other items you still need assistance with, please don't hesitate to contact the rental office. We are hear to help. Thank you!
This place has gone under new management and is now complete crap. The leasing office workers are a joke, if you have any issues or concerns, it’s not their problem. We’ve complained about issues with neighbors and not once did they act upon them, and the property manager did nothing. They upped their prices but their community is not clean or properly taken care of. If you’re a renter and chose to rent, rent else where, this place is not worth it.
Lived there for six months after my home was destroyed by flood. A/C and dryer did not work throughout entire lease despite multiple service visits. Two months after we moved out, we received a call to see if our A/C was working yet. They didn't know we had moved out??? Absolutely terrible.
When I first moved in I thought this place was perfect. A week into living there I was proved wrong! Numerous maintenance issues that should have been cared for before I moved in needed to be fixed (dryer vent disconnected, ice maker leaking on the floor, blinds put in backwards) and it took a week for maintenance to get there. Later on, mold grew in my closet, not once but twice! It took them months to tend to it. The second time it occurred they hired an outside group that left footprints on my carpet. I also moved everything out of their space yet somehow they managed to get paint on one of my jackets. When I told the office this they offered a carpet cleaning but said nothing of the jacket. No matter the issue, maintenance took forever, and when you spoke to the office about it you got attitude or some excuses about not having enough people. This tells me that the management company is garbage. The grounds were constantly littered with dog poop, feral cats, and questionable people. The gates were consistently broken especially after a storm. The fitness room was never fixed up even though most of the machines needed help. After moving out I received a bill for extra money after the deposit was taken. I was made to understand that the pet deposit was so much to help pay for a carpet replacement. I moved out knowing that I would need that done and not expecting the deposit back (my dog got sick while I was there and ruined the carpet), however I was not prepared to receive a bill afterwards. When I called to get an explanation, I was met with the same sort of attitude that the front office gave me. I don't recommend anyone renting from this company!
I have lived in this complex for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier. The office staff are always pleasant and eager to help, maintenance work is completed neatly and in a timely manner. Both pools are always sparkling clean, and the tennis and volleyball courts are always maintained well. We have community gatherings sponsored by the office, and when individuals have cookouts we usually end up just combining everything and having one giant cookout. Here you aren't just a renter, from the office, to other staff, to fellow residents, we are a big family. I highly recommend Regency Club Apartments.
