I have been here for 5 years and I never want to move. They have fun events that I enjoy and the neighbors are nice. I feel very safe living here.

I've been living at Alta for 11 years and this place is simply amazing! The personnel staff, Alexis, Tai, Damon, and Don; I can not leave out the Custodian Dilcia! Their friendly, respectful, and is always lending a helping hand. Us old timers know one another, speak to each other, have fun together at all of the events we have here at the property, it's never a dull moment. The events are something to look forward too! They put their heart and soul into making sure the events are amazing! The hard work show, when you see how fantastic the events are executed. Pets live here, and you can't even tell, never smell nothing unpleasant. The team is dedicated to making sure we are all okay and the property is super clean. Just a rainbow of sunshine at this place.

My husband and I have been living here at Alta at Regency Crest for about a year and a half. We moved in during the height of the pandemic. I have to say that the management here handled the situation wonderfully. I felt very safe following their guidance. Alexis and Tai are truly professionals. They are always here for us and respond quickly to our needs. They do a great job giving us awesome social events that are not only fun but beautifully presented. I also would like to commend our maintenance crew Don and Damon who are always on the ball, responding quickly to our requests. I feel at home here.

Recently had a maintenance issue with a stopped up kitchen sink drain and a disposal that wasn't working properly. Damon was sent to take care of the problem. Not only was his demeanor professional and the problem fixe, but he went beyond by cleaning out the filter screen in the dishwasher, tested the unit, and cleaned up behind himself. I continue to be very impressed with the maintenance crew since i have lived here for almost 6 years. Don continues to be a reliable friendly face everywhere, and never to busy to help. Five stars for the maintenance crew ad a major point of maintaining my residency here at Alta.

All employees are very pleasant and willing to help when we need it. They do an excellent job!

I've been a resident at Alta at Regency Crest for almost 5 years and it is very nice here. The residents are very friendly, as well as the Management Team, Maintenance Staff and Custodian. The Amenities are many. Such as an Indoor Swimming Pool, Yoga Room, Beauty Salon, Exercise Room, and Game Room. There is also an outdoor Courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a pond with Ducks that waddle around, that are so cute and will surely bring a smile to your face. Also, there is a a large Great Room with a fireplace inside where residents congregate, play cards, various games, enjoy food (compliments of the Management Team) and a large glass Fish Tank to watch and enjoy all the beautiful fish. There is plenty to enjoy here or you can just sit and enjoy being alone on the front porch. Gazebo or some of the other beautiful areas on the premises!

I love everything about Alta at regency crest. Apartment is great, neighbors are friendly, activities are fun. The management is awesome. Maintenance is superb. Great place to live.

the minute I walked through the foyer doors and saw the inviting Great Room and the courtyard i knew this where I wanted to spend the rest of my days. The other amenities were a plus.

The staff from property managerial staff to custodian(s) are an excellent group of persons to work with. They try their best to Address your concerns usually with success.

Alta at Regency Crest provides an ideal Howard County location. It is convenient to Old Ellicott City, Columbia, Patapsco Park and Centennial Park.

this is a beautiful community and so welcoming. everyone smiles. i have not heard complaints.we feel safe here. it is clean and safe with a wonderful sense of community with so many opportunities to get engaged with fellow residents.

I am totally satisfied with the management and the cleanliness in all response time on work orders. The staff is very professional and I really enjoy living here.

I have lived at Alta at Regency Crest for over 4 1/2 years and I am glad to live here. Many of the residents are friendly and helpful. The Management Staff are also easy to get along with and professional. There are a number of amenities that can be used.

Overall great place to live. Nice amenities, clean premises, responsive to any repair needs, convenient location.

The maintenance of the building is poor and the landscaping is way below average. When I first came seven years ago the gardens were well tended and beautiful. The hall carpets are very stained and the stair hallways really need painting. The entrance door at 3311 is rusty. The painting was never finished, the only doorways painted were the guest suite and they look great.

The overall efforts of management and their cooperation with residents add to sense of COMMUNITY that leads one to a sense of homemany times a new resident is moving to a new area, leaving behind friends and even relatives, often from that all important house theyve known as home.

I am very happy with the staff. They are friendly and very professional.

Alta at Regency Crest has a very attractive and welcoming entrance. The Great Room is a place for residents to gather and talk, play cards and other activities. Other amenities as the pool, exercise room, and game room are well-used by residents. I love my apartment, and many other residents feel the same of their apartments.

I have lived here for almost 4 1/2 years and have found it a nice place to live. Most of the residents are friendly and the staff are very nice. There are a number of amenities here, but due to my physical disability I haven't been able to partake of some. Alta is very clean and inviting to residents and guests.

Alta is always on point with all situations!! All of the staff are amazing !! The whole community in general is great !

I've lived at Alta at Regency Crest for 4 years now and have been relatively happy with the staff (Maintenance, Management, Cleanliness of the facility). The Outside Court Yard is awesome, as are several of the other rooms where you can swim, play games/cards/bingo, or just meet and socialize with other residents.

Management is always available when we need them. They are very patient and do not stop u til a issue is resolved. Alexis does not ignore our requests and does what she can to get what we want. I have lived here 4 years and personally love it here.

Very pleased with office staff and maintenance crew. Every one here is pleasant and business like but also friendly. They make living here terrific!

Upkeep of inside poor, outside maintenance below average

Ive only been here a short time but long enough to know the concerns ,which are few, are dealt with quickly and professionally. The residents are welcoming,inviting you to join a variety of resident initiated and maintained.activitiesThere seems to be always someone to show up if something is out of reach, a door held ,and a smile and a hello.

I have been a resident at Alta at Regency Crest for almost 4 years. Living here has made my life a lot easier than taking care of the needs of living in a house. It is very nice to live at Alta, an environment where you meet other people, various activities are provided, and the Management & Maintenance staff are VERY nice.

All the personnel here have been exceptional at fulfilling requests, answering questions and general overall demeanor. They are pleasant and smiling. I would especially like to mention Don for his exceptional responses and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the problem solved.

The apartments are spacious and well kept. The management staff including the maintenance personnel all take pride in providing a clean and well kept community. Most importantly they all care about the residents snd customer service is the best among any community weve lived in. Alexis, Tai, Damon and Don all care about the resident experience and quality of the complex.
