There’s no denying the convenience of being 10 minutes east of downtown St. Paul, and residents have helped the Woodbury/Afton/ Lake Elmo area become a highly livable suburb with an increasing number of urban amenities, including great restaurants, bike trails, and pedestrian-friendly shopping areas.
3M and other nearby corporate headquarters have brought in a diverse population. An excellent public school system draws those with children, and the bordering cities of Afton and Lake Elmo have largely retained their rural character, making green space and country experiences a short drive away.

Property Ratings at Regency Hill Apartments
This is in a great spot in Woodbury. It's pretty quiet most of the time which is nice. Quick access to get on 94 into the Twin Cities. Restaurants, shopping and walking paths are all within minutes. One of the few remaining Drive In's is just across the freeway! The community is a mix of families, couples and singles. Very pet friendly with dog stations set up in multiple locations. Originally this was set to be condo's for individual purpose and then Bigos took over and made them into apartments. There is even a duplex with four units. All the layouts are great and balcony sizes are decent too. We do enjoy living here. I want to be honest, just like anywhere else, there are room for improvements. The grounds are ok. They could use a little sprucing up; replacement of dead bushes throughout would be nice, light fixtures along sidewalk could be cleaned up/fixed and the swallow nest/hives removed with the exterior walls cleaned would be nice. We have renewed our lease into 2017 so we plan to stay and enjoy our condo style apartment! Would love to meet you if you move in! We will be one of the ones with a cute little dog roaming the grounds :)
Regency Hill Apartments & Townhomes are very nice and new. Spacious layouts. Underground heated garage. Very nice residential neighborhood. Fairly peaceful and quiet. There are no amenities such as a pool, club house or workout area. It is supposed to be a non-smoking community, however they do allow smoking within 25 feet of the building (that can be a problem sometimes).
I have lived here for 2 years. I love it here and plan to stay here. The apartments are so different than any other apartment. They are very large and the floor plan are great with the community being a condo development everything is upgraded. Come and see for yourself. You will want to move right in.
Theses are wonderful apartments. Different floor plans. Each floor plan is beautiful. They were to be Condos in Woodbury but they were turned into apartments. I live in a beautiful area of Woodbury with all their walking paths and parks. The neighborhood is beautiful. I plan on living here for a long time.
Perfect location for getting to and from work and my daughter driving to and from River Falls. Very quiet and the underground garage was a life saver during the winter. The apartment was spacious and we loved the gas fireplace and the openness of the layout. Overall, if we did not buy a house we would have lived there a very long time. Staff was very nice and maintenance was at the top of their game. The grounds was clean and very pretty out in the country a bit, with only 38 apartments in the whole complex. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved Regency it Rocks!
