don’t ever move here no matter how desperate you are

So once I got pregnant with my nine-month-old son now I end up moving into the complex I was told by Manager’s and I was in there was no bugs come to find out there’s roaches beatbox And nats Worst place ever I’m pregnant and can’t even stay they won’t let me cut my lease so I’m not paying rent anymore or staying

nasty

This is a nasty,dirty,trifling,sicking place to live. They make the outside look good but the inside is like a abandoned building. The manager (Debbie) has a very nasty additude, she talks to you any kind of way, she never come to the apartment to look at your problem, she has maintenance so afraid to talk to you, they never fix anything in your apartment, its not smoke free, washers and dryers never work,there is mold,pest and rodents, the roof doesn't just leak but it pours in the hallway when it rains, you can't see out of the Windows in the back building. Just a horrible place to live. There is no plaCe for children to play,the designated area for them to play is the street

Worst place to live

This apartment complex needs a lot of upgrading. It is so old in the apartments. Very old tub,toilets etc. They need to spend more money on the inside instead of the outside. They lie about everything when it comes to the apartments. The owner doesn't even visit the property to see what needs to be done in the building and apartments. The police is always there. There have been shootings drugs you name it. The property manager is so rude and unfriendly. She doesn't know how to treat you. She has no personality at all. Maintenance is a joke. They really need to sell to someone that is going to keep it up. They don't do background checks and letting the worst move in

Cannot wait to move out

I was so excited to move out of my parents house, however, moving here made me feel like I should've waited. There's roaches everywhere, and even after I used raid bait traps, foggers, and countless cans of raid, they are still there! The exterminator made it worse! The landlord is not the nicest either. I asked for a replacement of something in my room, and I was told it would take about a week. A month later, nothing. On top of that, people STEAL YOUR CLOTHES out of the dryers, that's if the washer and dryer are even working! Oh, and when you come to visit, the front building has everything locked up with a key....but in the back building, that's not the case. Trust me, I wouldn't recommend this apartment to ANYONE. I cannot WAIT to move out!

REGENCY HOUSE

The Regency House apartments located on the border of Berlin and Sicklerville New Jersey,is close too schools,hospitals,shopping,train and bus commute.The area is quite and tranquil,Regency House offer one bedroom,two bedroom,three bedroom,apartments,with central air unit,on site parking,24 hour maintence,state of the art surveillance,on site laundry,dishwasher,wall to wall carpet,and get this....according on when your looking to move in( FREE MOVE IN SPECIALS) yes just pay first month rent and your utilities ....which is electric bill,residents have a choice of cable,or dish satellite....there are children designated play areas and plenty of open outdoor space for children too play,management is open on saturdays.....all around a great place to live.
